Rooms are very clean & neat and pleasant service staffs

Zoot Infopark is a great hotel. They are open 24 hours so it doesn't matter if you reach at 2:30 am in the morning. The staff is extremely polite and courteous. The location is Kakkanad so you can order food via food delivery apps even at 2:30 am and the staff would happily assist you. The rooms, washroom facilities are excellent, the comfort is great. They have their own leisure area, restaurant. I recommend Zoot Infopark to anyone who's looking for a hassle free and value for money stay. Even their checkout time is 12 pm which was really cool.

Clean and spacious room with all facilities. Clean bathroom with hot water. Very friendly and helpful staff. Even though I had to pay extra, the food provided was very good and delicious. Totally happy with their service.
A bit more parking space would be better

The associates working at the Property was amazing . The food ordered was Amazing and I had to convey a big thanks to the Chef ! by the way I repeated my order …
the bed linen was little yellowish and food left over and plates on the corridor in front of each room.. could have informed the guest to keep the plates in room in a Service Tray and waiter can collect it on time …

Had a pleasent stay.Rooms were spacious, clean and neat. We ordered dinner and it was so delicious.Receptionist Anikha treated as well.Location is so close to city center. Overall value for money.
The breakfast buffet didn’t have much variety. But the items they provided in the buffet was good.Bathroom was not so good,shower tap was not fuctioning properly and also bucket and cup provided was not clean.

Everything was perfect & it seems like a brand new hotel. The room was clean, shiny & smelled nice when I entered for the first time.Staff was too helpful. I had a good stay & highly recommended
The restaurant. I suggest however staying here,please go and eat at a nearby restaurant.

We had a very comfortable stay at Zoot Kochi Infopark, Kakkanad. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is very beautiful and photo friendly! The staff were incredibly courteous and efficient. We highly recommend Zoot Kochi Infopark for a beautiful and relaxing stay.
