I would give 6 stars if I could-especially for the location. We were walking distance to almost everything. The place was exactly like the pictures and had everything we needed. Hope we get the chance to stay again! Thx!

Perfect location and wonderful space. The loft is even bigger than it appears, a great place to hang with tons of light and well stocked with everything we needed. Was great to walk to everything FC has to offer.

Had a wonderful stay. The cleanliness, decor and location was excellent. Easy in, easy out. Loved the meatballs at Elliots just around the corner and the jazz street art by the food co-op near by. The art co-op was wonderful, too. First stay in Fort Collins and would absolutely stay here again!

In the heart of Old Town, this space was great - roomy, charming and within walking distance of the best of Fort Collins, and the mountains are a leisurely scenic drive away.

The location was excellent, very close to all of the shops/restaurants, two parking spaces included was useful as there is not a lot of parking in the area. The house was nice and spacious for a 1 bedroom, amenities described were accurate. The yard needed some spring cleanup but was not important to us. The check in and out process was fine but the times to check in and out were not typical, they require an early check out and late check in as preferred and disclosed by the host but in our experience, other bookings have had more accommodating times. We requested a 1 hour later to 11am checkout and was asked to pay a $75 convenience fee.

This is a great little historic building in the middle of Old Town. We really enjoyed being able to explore all of the restaurants and shops without ever needing to move the car. The house was super clean and had everything we needed for a quick two-day getaway. Thanks for sharing it with us!

Really nice place. Suggestions would be updating bathroom sink/vanity and accessories. Cute but not functional. Kitchen sink was dirty on our arrival. Blackout curtains in the bedroom would be nice. Loved the two bunnies in the courtyard. Thanks!

My wife and I stayed at the Old Town loft and LOVED it. You cannot beat the location - it is literally in the middle of everything - great restaurants, bars and shops within feet of the loft but somehow it was a quiet space.
Parking was just outside the door, very convenient and easy to get in and out. I am usually very picky about crowd noise or proximity to loud bars, crowds, etc. but I trusted the other reviews and I'm so glad because it was the best of both worlds - walkability and peace/quiet.
The space itself was clean and comfortable - it's old but it's nicely done. We had 0 complaints or suggestions to improve - would definitely stay there again.

Super convenient location to bike trails and restaurants. No need to drive anywhere since you’re steps away. The rental was super comfortable and made our four day stay very enjoyable.

Charmiing exterior. Spacious, beautiful loft like great room with an elegant bedroom and a large bath. Great for a couple. Perfect for exploring downtown on foot. Comfortable bed. Writers and readers like us will appreciate the big table and cozy seating areas.

I was celebrating my birthday with a friend and this spot was perfect for us! The parking was easy and the space was clean and comfortable! We were walking distance from everything in downtown but could still come back to a peaceful, quiet area of town to rest. Will definitely come again.

Beautiful Stay Gorgeous VRBO
We truly enjoyed our stay at Firehouse Alley. The property is adorable, clean and beautiful open space. The location is fantastic-right next to old town yoga and walking distance to all the great shops and restaurants in Old Town. We will definitely stay here again, it was wonderful. Thank you Stacy!

Great property in downtown Fort Collins. Walk and/or bike to shops, etc.
The space was bigger than it looked in the photos. Very quiet during our weekday stay. Very comfortable, nicely decorated with antiques and modern touches. Only a block from downtown. My only suggestion - an umbrella for the outside table. Thank you for sharing this property.

Fun location, unique property
Great property, great location. It’s only a one bedroom, but the larger sofa sleeper is comfortable. It is right in Old Town and a quick drive to CSU, it’s a perfect walking location to stores and restaurants.

The best place to stay in Foco!
This spot is literally the best place you can stay in Old Towne. Perfect location to walk everywhere and the place is amazing. Nothing but great things to say!

Historic downtown retreat.
The property was just as advertised except I might have missed the photos and description of the mildly spooky stairs that led down into what looked like a storage shelter. It was roped off with a sign asking to not enter, but I would have preferred having a locked door over the area for safety and insulation. Otherwise, we loved the location. The couches were very comfortable and a great place to relax after a busy day. The design of the historic building was fun to experience. The noises were surprisingly mild for a busy weekend. The owners were right there at arrival ensuring the furnace was working because the last tenant had turned it off. After that, we were left alone but notified immediately of how to contact someone with a problem. For a small group, especially one that likes a busy downtown, it was a great location.

Unique Loft in Amazing Location
My husband and I loved this property! It was super clean, had everything we needed, and its location was perfect for us - walking distance to shops/restaurants, blocks from CSU, and a short drive to hiking trails. We’ll definitely stay here again when we go back to Fort Collins.

This property is one of the greatest we have stayed at-Unique, Historical, Spacious, Convenient.
The only thing we didn't like was that the TV came up "You did not subscribe to this channel" for ESPN, Disney, CNN, Bloomberg, NBC Sportsnetwork and MSNBC.

Lovely place to stay
