The home is very relaxing. Amazing views from all decks. Enjoyed the peacefulness and the deer coming down the valley in the early evening. Nice to have all the little amenities to make it a perfect stay. We will be back!

If you have 4-8 people, you'd be hard-pressed to find a better place Dillon Beach. Upper and lower levels nicely divide the space. Every amenity you could want is included. Gorgeous water views. Super clean. Hot tub is a plus. One heads up: After entering the house, you are still outside and need to walk down a long flight of stairs to get to the actual inside entrance. This was an inconvenience but we soon got used to it.

Above and Beyond is an eclectic and interesting place to stay that grew on us during our days there. Numerous seating areas with great views, an easy to work in kitchen that was well-equipped, and overall very clean and with good amenities. Good ocean views and we enjoyed looking at the wildlife in the gully, such as deer and jackrabbits. The star viewing at night was impressive.

We had a wonderful restful stay at Above and Beyond. The location is perfect with gorgeous views of the ocean and sunset. Loved seeing families of deer hopping around the backyard. Bed quality was amazing.

Place was clean, view was amazing, everything was functional! Will definitely stay again!

Rain, shine, fog, storm, this house offers awesome views, warmth and security. Lots of "conversation spaces" to hang out and relax inside and outside. Lower floor is an entire suite so couples or families with kids can have their own area to hang out. Would love to know the story on the design of this home as there are few if any right angles. :) The first night we arrived we couldn't get the fireplace to work and within a half hour they had a handyman come out and fix it. We'd definitely recommend this beautiful home.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is quiet, peaceful, fully stocked, pleasantly decorated, has interesting corners and nooks. The view on the balcony is gorgeous!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Not only did we enjoy the sea views, but also enjoyed watching the deer, hawks, and other birds around the house. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the hot tub was really enjoyable and also with a sea view. Dillon Beach is really great, and we loved exploring the Tomales Bay area. Highly recommend Tony's and the Meadery! Only negative would be that there aren't any screens on the big sliding doors that lead out to the deck, and none of the big windows can open either so it sometimes felt a bit stuffy. Regardless, we'd still come back in future.

This house is so fun and quirky, really really neat! We saw some dear and giant birds, we had a great stay.

Going downstairs the steps were deigned on an angle too, which is dangerous! The bedroom downstairs is some what claustrophobic in nature and the additional Hide-a-Bed was bad! Some of the windows & sliding doors would not open, or were very difficult to open. Many of the windows and glass doors were filthy. The driveway was steep, narrow & curved making it difficult to get in & out. Kitchen clean! If I were to rate this house on a 1 to 10 scale, I would give the upstairs a 7 & the downstairs a 3. We are all around 70 in age and would not rent this again but a younger group would be more comfortable with the many stairs...

Excellent stay in general. Clean inside & good kitchen, minus the super old herbs that should probably be tossed. Wonderful views, especially upstairs bedroom. Lots of outdoor areas. Great house for dog, outdoor shower perfect for hairy/sandy dog rinsing. Concrete “atrium” for drying in the sun. Never seen so many doors (and light switches) which was convenient but door jams could do with a quick cobweb sweep. Never did find the trailhead but $10 a day beach pass (weekdays) worked well. Very unique space which grew on us daily. I would suggest the entry/driveway be shown some love, and the compost can be emptied weekly. The previous guests foods scraps wasn’t taken on Monday eve to curb. I would stay again for the above stated reasons, and now I know what I need to bring instead of guessing! Thank you!

I loved staying at the beach house, the views were spectacular! We could also watch all the wildlife, deer, and jackrabbits on the cliffs from the living room. The house is very unique, well stocked, and had everything you would need. EXCEPT, we had no access to a washer and dryer, apparently there is a severe water shortage, and they no longer provide laundry on the premises. Which was shocking to me, thankfully I packed enough clothes. The nearest laundromat is 12 miles away. Other than being extremely disappointed about that, everything else was just spectacular. Nice little neighborhood cozied right into the ocean side. So peaceful and relaxing! Wine vineyards and quaint towns near by, with amazing restaurants. Very beautiful part of California, will definitely be returning.

Unique but GREAT house! Great kitchen, huge dining room, beds are very comfortable, hot tub was amazing, and the view was spectacular! Definitely would stay at this house again. Everyone in our group agreed! Would have loved to have spent more time outside enjoying the different balcony/decks, but plan to be back. The neighborhood was great! The HOA's are a little annoying, but that's anywhere that has an HOA.

We really enjoyed our stay, the property location was great. The only issues we had was the cleanliness, the sheets & blankets had stains & looked like it hasn't been washed. Luckily we had brought some blankets from home. Only advise is to get better cleaners.

Stayed in Dillon Beach for the rainy, stormy weekend, and still thoroughly enjoyed family time because of this wonderful location. The house is absolutely fabulous, very clean, well-maintained and a joy to stay at. Would definitely go back.

Reviewer Comments: We were extremely shocked by this rental to the point that we could not stay there. It is an older structure with the cement driveway cracked and slanting toward the ravine. The entry courtyard was dirty and had odd pieces of cement scattered about. The rooms are narrow and claustrophobic and the stairs to the bedrooms steep and unsafe. When we spoke to the property management company they were extremely rude and unwilling to hear the issues relating to the property. They refused to give us any refund even though we did not spend one night there. They then texted us to say that they would not discuss our concerns further.

though we were there to work - and we did do some work, it felt more like a vacation with the sounds and views of the ocean. The weather was gorgeous when we were there. I loved the different levels of the house which made for more privacy when needed.
