One of the most beautiful appartments we have stayed in with fabulous views and facilities. Spacious throughout with everything you could wish for. Highly recommended.

A couple of questions about garbage can locations and the golf cart needed to be reset as it was reading low battery for a while. Otherwise, it was a nice place.

The property has an amazing outlook and the location is awesome. it’s large and very comfortable, well equipped and perfect for families.

The furnishings are lovely overall, but the dining table and chairs were broken. Screws fell out while we were there, the table was unsteady, and chair upholstery was ripped. It didn’t worry us, but for the price these should be maintained.

Stunning. Was told I couldn’t have a car seat as all booked out and so I brought my own - when we arrived there was a car seat in the accomodation which belongs to the accomodation.

The fans are operated by remotes, which have been mixed up & don’t work. Annoying when it’s not hot enough for aircon, but too hot for no fans. Wifi is very slow and mobile reception limited.

We loved our stay at Bella Vista East 3. Most beautiful outlook over to the water and islands from the lounge, bedrooms and outdoor area. The apartment has been refurbished and is very tastefully done. Both bedrooms were spacious, with the main bedroom having a huge ensuite and the 2nd large bathroom being across the hall from the 2nd bedroom. The beds were very comfortable and had a selection of pillows available. Plenty of seating with the 8 seater dining table, and the couch was huge and comfortable for those lazy days and nights. The kitchen was well fitted out with a dishwasher, oven and microwave as well as a fridge with filtered water and icemaker. Outside there was an 8 seat outdoor setting and 4 sun lounges. We enjoyed our barbeques with the gorgeous water views, and loved having our own private grassed area. The pool was only a few steps away and we spent most days swimming here. It was great having a buggy provided. We will definitely go back.

Only minor things. A new clothes horse would be good. We were disappointed that the previous occupants didn't do the dishes properly, leaving us to rewash them. Otherwise we couldn't fault anything else.
