The apartment was absolutely beautiful and the location was great and within walking distance of pretty much everything!

The parking was terrible. Loading and unloading was very difficult due to the heavy traffic on the road and no loading/unloading zones. We ended up having to park in the parking garage and carry everything for a 10 min walk to the room! Groceries, luggage and all! The music at the adjacent bar was ridiculously loud! The band might as well have been playing in the bedroom! During the week the restaurant next door closed at 10:00 and they didn’t seem as loud, on the weekends it’s like they were screaming directly into the room! If you’re gonna be sleeping I highly recommend ear plugs unless you can sleep in the atmosphere of a bar!

The apartment was large and clean and located right in the middle of the historic district. We could walk out the door and be right in the middle of everything.

The apartment is surrounded on all sides by bars and restaurants. It can be a bit noisy up into the wee hours. The streets are narrow, so it can be a bit of a challenge to unload right at the entrance. It also takes a bit of time to walk back and forth to your car because parking is in the main garage. Other than that, everything was fine.

The location was fantastic. I have stayed in St. Augustine many times but having an actual apartment with the comforts of home was a game changer. We will use again.

I can honestly say I have nothing negative to report. If I have to find fault, I am not fond of K-Cup coffee. A french press or full pot brewer would have been nice. I read some complaints about the music but it was expected for where we were and I found it quite nice to have the city sounds.

The shower curtain needs to be replaced or cleaned it has a mildew smell. I couldn’t see fireworks from the patio.

The location is perfect. We were able to park the car and walk everywhere. You can just hang on the porch and listen to all types of music.

Unloading the car on a weekend was very difficult. The parking lot next to the apartment was packed. So we had to park in the garage and carry everything.

Everything was amazing from the communication to the decor and location. I would stay again

Great, modern condo apartment with plenty of room. Location couldn't be better. It was super clean.

Parking required you to walk 10 minutes to a town lot- but I knew this before we booked so it was ok. Reviews warned about the noise. We were there during the week so the evening noise was fine. However adjacent and across the street businesses started getting ready for the day early...we could hear it all. Also road is cobble stones so its noisy. Having said all of this...we pretty much expected it...so we didnt get upset. We would definitely stay here again.

love the decor beds were super comfortable lots of space loved the front porch totally worth it!!

wished we had a full coffee pot only a Keurig but pods were provided. bathroom light not good for applying makeup not bright enough drain in tub wouldn’t stay up so water was ankle deep after showering just minor issues would definitely stay again
