No complain at all

My stay at Marigold Inn Homestay in Jaipur was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the tone for the entire visit. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist super. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, das Frühstück einfach aber gut. Im Bad wurden Shampoo etc. bereitgestellt, das hatten wir bisher in keinem anderen Hotel in Indien. Das Personal gibt wertvolle Tipps und morgens oder abends kann man sich mit anderen Reisenden auf der Dachterasse austauschen. Wir konnten uns nach den langen Tagen hier immer gut erholen, daher nur zu empfehlen.

Lediglich die Lage ist nicht ganz günstig. Das Hotel liegt zwar in der Nähe des Bahnhofs, das Stadtzentrum und die Touristenattraktionen sind allerdings ca. 20 Minuten im Auto entfernt. Dafür ist die Gegend etwas ruhiger. Wir hatten vermehrt Schwierigkeiten ein Uber zu bekommen, das Hotel bietet aber auch Touren oder Fahrer für den ganzen Tag an und die Metro ist ca. in 15 min fußläufig zu erreichen. Hier muss man abwägen, wir hatten lieber ein komfortables und weniger zentrales Hotel.

Location, staff and meals Every thing ok

I liked every single thing. Right from the station pickup, room, breakfast, and the staff; everything was superb. If you are in Jaipur, this is the right place to stay. It is located in a residential area so no problem about safety. Room has all the facilities including ingredients to make tea with a water kettle. Breakfast is unlimited and it’s quite enjoyable on the rooftop.

Nothing to complain about. Just a tip to the owner - the hotel offers whole day rentals (car or auto) but not everyone is interested to explore multiple places on a single day so the hotel needs to offer some customised plans according to one’s itinerary e.g. half day or specific hours :))

How clean and spacious it was and the food there was really good. The staff there were very kind and helpful.

It’s exactly like in the pictures. Also it was very clean and comfortable. Food is good here, we had breakfast and lunch. And entire staff was always helpfull and always smiling. We recomend their city tours - they offer you a guide and car for full day at a decent price.

Ich hatte ein gut ausgestattetes Zimmer, alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Fotos geben den Zustand exakt wieder. Ich würde hier jederzeit wieder übernachten.

Hele vriendelijke mensen. ‘s avonds kun je lekker eten en een biertje op het terras pakken buiten. We hebben 2 transfers gehad.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Jaipur. Also, the chef was amazing- we thoroughly enjoyed the elaborate FREE breakfast as well as the room service menu. The food was affordable and delicious (not to mention the lovely rooftop terrace we had the pleasure of eating on). Overall 10/10 experience.

if you are looking for somewhere away from the city and all it’s noise, with friendly staff, a picturesque rooftop restaurant with an amazing chef, that is exceptionally clean, with more facilities available than some 5* properties I have stayed in - then Marigold Inn Homestay is for you!

nothing to dislike at all

The staff and owner were very kind. They even gave us a room upgrade. They offer transportation to the metro station for free. Also they let us do a (very) late check in as our next train was in the afternoon. The food is great and the breakfast is generous.

We did the tour provided by the hotel and it was good but they were very pushy and it was difficult to say no. It doesn’t feel comfortable when someone is always trying to convince you to go with his services or arranged recommendations.

Of you come to Jaipur, that’s the place to stay ! The owner is the nicest and will give you lots of information for your stay. The room is big, with all the furniture you need. Highly recommend ! Don’t leave without eating on the upper terrace, the food is absolutely delicious !

Excellent

Very homely environment. The room and washroom were well maintained and clean. The rooftop was beautifully decorated. The owner of the hotel, Mr. Shabbir is a very friendly person. He can manage anything one requires in the tour.

I think the room has enough space to add a long wall mirror. That’s all. If you got a car to commute to the sightseeing places or malls, the hotel would be a good choice.

We really loved our stay at this hotel. The place itself is clean and nice (we particularly enjoyed the rooftop/restaurant), the food is very good, but what makes it truly special is the staff – kind, friendly, helpful, they really made us feel at home. We had a couple of “special” requests (laundry, printing boarding passes, exchanging money…) and they helped us out with everything. We stayed at several hotels during our trip to India and this one was by far the friendliest! Recommended!

This place is amazing. Our room was superb, felt like a fancy hotel room. The rooftop is such a nice space and the food was delicious. To top it off, the staff are great and go above and beyond to help you out.

A few people have mentioned the location. Whilst it’s not right next to the main sites, we liked it.

Good rooms, friendly staff and nice breakfast/meals if you want there. They would freshly make food for you whatever you order and deliver to your rooms.

Location. Seems located in old Jaipur and the area outside of the hotel is not some place you would like to take a stroll. In fact, when we are reaching the hotel on day one, I was wondering whether we had chosen a good place. Though the facility itself was good, I was not happy with the surroundings.
