If you're looking for a quiet, private villa that allows you to truly relax and enjoy the year round sun then I can honestly say Ocean View 10 is perfect and one of the nicest villa's I've ever stayed in. We were a party of 6 adults and 6 children ranging from 15 to 2 years old. The villa is spacious, spotlessly clean, very well appointed and has everything you need. The pool area has plenty of room with ample sunbeds, fantastic views of the sea and all day sun! Even though the daily temperatures averaged 25 when we were there the pool heating meant comfortable swimming all day. The tranquility of the villa location means you can truly relax but with a handful of excellent restaurants and bars only 15 minutes walk across the road. The busier town is only a 10 minute taxi ride away or a nice beach path walk that takes less than 60 minutes. Jo the owner was also massively helpful with advice leading up to our stay and provided quick correspondence on any questions.

Stayed the last week of Sept'23, weather was just perfect! Be mindful that Lanzarote is a bit windy so at night you may need a jacket, however it is perfect when you're lying by the pool! The pool itself was beautiful and because it's not chlorine it's so much better on your skin and hair! There's loads of pool toys in a box next to the outside shower (perfect for kids or kid like adults!) Outside seating area is lush! You get views of the sea and the mountains behind. We climbed the smaller mountain behind (took about 15mins) and the views were stunning! The Villa itself suited us for the week. We had a member of the family unfortunately break one of the beds, but Jo and David were super helpful and we reimbursed them as it was our fault not a fault of their property! Only downside was we had to pay for Aircon, however it clearly states it before you book and that's my error on not reading properly! It also help us be mindful of how much we have it on, so it does kind of make sense! Aircon uses a LOT of electric so I can see why Jo and David have a coin box. The restaurants near were lovely. We ate in the Italian & Greek restaurant, Greek was defo our fave! We had a few excursions booked which picked us up from the hotel 5 mins walk from the villa. The restaurants are about 10 mins walk, you can walk down the gravel path, it's pretty flat. Taxis are pretty easy to get and you can request them to the villa. I'm running out of room to write now haha! Thank you for having us!

Thank you so much for the most wonderful stay in the your lovely villa Jo. Myself and all the family made the most wonderful memories. The Villa is very clean and well equipped with everything you would possibly need. We had to call maintenance once to sort an existing problem with the door which they dealt with efficiently. We all felt very safe in the Villa and the surrounding location. The local restaurant called Sebastyns (Greek cuisine) which Jo recommended was absolutely superb we visited twice and both times food was 10/10, we would probably hire a car next time as we struggled getting taxis regularly especially as we had an odd number of 9 so made it a little tricky, so we opted to go on foot when we could. I wouldn’t hesitate for a minute to recommend this villa to any of my friends and family. Thank you so so much. Sarah

The whole stay was very enjoyable. the location whilst not far from the shops and restaurants, if you needed to use them? was not a problem as the buses and taxis run regularly at a very reasonable price. We mainly ate in by the poolside in the villa which was lovely. A lot of the local restaurants delivered so all options were available. We went to have a break and that's what we did.

We have just returned from a two week holiday with our family. The Villa is just as described. We had the best holiday. The hosts were very helpful during our stay and before our departure and any issues we had were sorted immediately. The Villa was perfect for our family. Extremely Comfortable and very well equipped even for our little ones everything has been thought of down to plastic bowls and spoons. The pool is a large pool and so welcoming on the hot sunny days. Thank you Jo and David for the use of your beautiful Villa. We hope to return one day.

Villa is beautiful and correct to picture The kids enjoyed the pool lovely temperature and toys to play with. Plenty of chairs to lay in the sun. Jo was brilliant host from start to finish New dials needed on cooker as had worn out but we managed fine. Pool cleaned & villa cleaned whilst there, very efficient Older adults enjoyed their walks even climbing the mountain behind. All enjoyed Flamingo beach. I’d have enjoyed more if other half hadn’t been taken poorly.

We had a lovely week at this villa. The peaceful location suited us (away from the centre but only a 5 minute drive) and the views were lovely The villa was spacious and comfortable, well-equipped and the outside area and pool were wonderful Would recommend to anyone and hope to visit again in the future

Just finished a fantastic week at Ocean View with friends and family. There were 9 of us staying with kids ranging from 4 to 16 years old and the villa was perfect and had everything needed for all ages. The villa size was excellent for two families and we still had room to spare! The outdoor space was amazing with great sea views across to Fuerteventura and the pool was a great size. I’d thoroughly recommend staying at Ocean View. The whole process was seamless and the communication from Jo was excellent. We were even able to arrange a late check out as our flight not until the evening. Would definitely come back again.

This was our first experience at a Villa holiday and we absolutely loved it. The Villa itself was well appointed and had all the things you’d need. Every detail had been carefully thought through by the owners. The owners were quick to respond to any questions, of which I had a few, with great information We had three generations of family and all three thoroughly enjoyed it. An excellent place to stay would highly recommend this property.

We were a family group of 7 adults who recently stayed at Jo's lovely house. The location was ideal for us, to be close to, but not too close to town and the sea views were spectacular. The villa gave us plenty of space for everyone to chill out and relax. It had a fully equipped kitchen and lots of lovely little extras, like inflatables for the pool and lots of books, that made our stay very comfortable indeed. Jo was an excellent host, who promptly responded to all of our queries about local restaurants, trips etc. Thank you Jo for having us to stay in your lovely home.

Stayed in November 2022. Villa was great, really clean and the outdoor space is excellent with a large sofa that fitted everyone. Another outdoor area had a huge dining table with chairs beside the barbecue which is great for eating together and catching up. Villa has an excellent Greek restaurant less than 5 minute walk away and a super friendly local restaurant serving great tapas fish and pizza. Flamingo beach is 2km from the Villa - 20 minute walk along the promenade. Lots of places to eat there. Main part of playa Blanca is 3.5km walk along the promenade. Can also go for a 5km walk up a volcano (Montaña roca) just behind the Villa and bike hire is nearby. Owner is excellent and communication was really helpful and prompt. Check in was so easy. Would recommend this place.

From the moment we booked the villa Jo has been so helpful and responding so quickly. We really appreciated that we could drop our luggage off at the villa after an early flight before check in time. The welcome pack was so useful and such a nice touch! Villa was very clean, quiet, great location with taxis and the bus easily accessible to go to different places. The pool was perfect. All ages had a fantastic time. everything available for 2 babies which made the stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be back. Thank you

From first contact with owner Jo to leaving to go home my expectations were exceeded all requests were dealt with promptly and her knowledge of the island certainly helped us plan for the trip . Location is very quiet but a car is a good idea for getting the shopping in. Managing agents Clair and Dave were great with dealing with any issues once at the property. Fantastic villa in a beautiful location. Would certainly recommend.

Had a lovely family holiday, air con not working in master suite, building noise and dust not good when windy bu Jo did pre warn us.

We rented the property as a group. The five bedrooms were perfect for the 9 of us with plenty of space throughout the villa including by the pool and terrace. The villa was immaculate and well-equipped and we couldn’t find a single fault. We had a contact number for the team who look after the villa and on the one occasion that we contacted them they responded immediately. The villa is in a quiet location but within easy reach of the shops, beach, and restaurants. Would highly recommend the Ocean view villa for families and groups.

Nous étions 10, en famille, à Noël et nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans la villa de Joanne et son mari. Bien située, bien équipée, avec le petit plus des tasty welcome gift, la maison correspondait en tous points à la description. Lanzarote n’étant pas très grande, Playa Blanca est un lieu de résidence qui permet de conjuguer plage, sport, visite, ballade… encore merci à Joanne pour son accueil et sa souplesse.

My family and I stayed at this villa at the end of August/early September for 10 days and it was ideal for us as a large group of all ages. The space available means that everyone got their own area to get some peace but with a large communal pool/eating area for when we were all together. The pool itself is fantastic, bigger than I think it looks on the pictures and being salt water it was much kinder to clothes and skin than other pools I’ve had in different villas I’ve stayed in. Views were beautiful and there’s shady areas or sunny areas depending on what you want. The owner, Jo was fab. Couldn’t have been more helpful and responded to all of my questions super quick both before we arrived and while we were there.

My family and I stayed here for 10 nights. The villa was spotless and spacious and everything you could need is catered for. The heated pool and outdoor space were excellent and where we spent most of our time.there are some good restaurants a short walk away and if you need to venture into the main town it is only 5 minutes away in a taxi. I would definitely return here again without hesitation. Jo the owner was very helpful in answering any questions I had. The whole process was simple from beginning to end.
