Todo un desproposito. Esperávamos un lugar moderno y confortable, pero todas las habitaciones tienen vistas a la valla, no al magnifico campo y paisaje. Llegamos por la noche, hacia las 21:30 h, quisimos tomar una ducha y el baño estaba sucio, lleno de polvo, y ducha con pelos en la pared y suciedad en los extremos inferiores. Solicitamos un cambio, pero como el personal ya no está por la noche, tuvimos que cambiar nosotros de habitación. La otra habitación llevaría dias cerrada porque tenia polvo en las superficies, suciedad en la ventana y en la ducha. Solicitamos la anulación de la reserva y nos fuimos. Es caro para unas habitaciones tan pequeñas. 3 de ellas tienen un barreño que le llaman spa, pero es con vistas a la valla, como las habitaciones. LA zona común es una sala donde está recepción, una mesa larga y un mueble con una nevera que no puedes usar, ya que dejan en una bolsa lo que te corresponde de desayuno, no es ni bufet. Muy caro para el servicio, instalaciones y calidad que tiene.

Isolated pods provided privacy & solitude. Central pod to sit & eat encouraged socialization & was very efficient.

Super comfortable and private, hot tub under the stars was awesome. We liked the self catered breakfast and coffee machine.

Was a little further out of town than expected but that was fine - we liked the feel of the place

The setting of the property is very nice, very "patagonian". Rooms are very comfy, small but clean and convenient bathroom. Breakfast is waiting for you in the main cabin with all the appliances and kitchenware you need. You can help yourself with hot beverages whenever you need. Incredible value for money.

Like almost everywhere in Chile, there are dogs around. They are nice but for people who don't like or are afraid of dogs, that can be a drawback. And as some other places around, the road to the hotel is unpaved, but OK. Maybe just avoid to arrive at night.

Excellent breakfast. Comfy bed and pillows. Nice shower. Not in the center of the city (taxi needed). Staff very nice, accommodating and helpful. Stayed here before and after the O trek, they let us store our extra luggage while we were hiking. Thanks!

AKA is a really unique property with cool architecture, comfortable beds, and great showers. The staff was extremely helpful in calling us taxis and recommending great spots for dinner and cocktails in town. They also have a great common space and serve breakfast in a cool way.

The property does not have AC and our room was extremely hot because of the sun. Most of the year this would not be an issue, but it made our stay less comfortable in the summer. It’s also down a dirt road outside of the city, but they do have bikes and are good about calling the short taxi ride to get to town.

Each of the 6 rooms are in a little cabin so you don’t hear your neighbors. You have your own little terrace. Own privacy. New hotel. Breakfast ok avalaible at any time in the fridge in the shared living room. Lots of cute cats and dogs for the welcome each day and cuddles😁.

No reception and no cleaning at all during our stay of 6 nights. Too much light in the room

Super friendly staff, world-class design, and a comfy bed! What else can you ask for?

The only thing we missed was a somewhat dark courtain that blocks the light. The current solution is not blocking any, so you basically wake with the sun.

The lady responsible for the cleaning in the morning of jan 1 was very impolite (unlike the guy in the reception dec 31 afternoon, which was excellent)

The architecture of the place and the jacuzzi were a very unique experience, as was the staff. They went out of their way and went the extra mile and were exceptional!

just some small things that would be useful: one more towel would be wonderful. or even a bath robe for the jacuzzi and something on the terrace to hang a towel.

Very modern design and very beautiful and comfortable rooms

The location is a bit far away from the town and it’s not so easy to get there (if you don’t rent a car you have to go by bike or take a taxi)

Carla was definitely very kind and offered us the best solution to check in and check out autonomously since we had odd timings due to our trip schedule. The hot tubs are at your disposal, very hot which is good after a long walk in the park. Breakfast as a self service in the main room: very cozy and nice, even though we had to hurry up not to be late.

The position is not a problem if you have a car. Depending on taxis it might be more difficult to deal with that in terms of timing. A taxi from the bus station is anyway 5000 chilean pesos, no big deal. As other guests reported, the fence and some houses might need some external refinement.

As an architect, I was charmed by the design concept. As a traveler I was charmed by the super friendly host and the great accomodation. A must do in Puerto Natales.

Superb design, cozy clean delicious space overall. Hostess Carla was amazing beyond sweet and super accommodating. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved the concept - you get your own little hut where one wall is basically a window, so you wake up to the blue skies and snow-capped mountain tops. In the evening, you can relax in an outdoor hot tub - what a treat! We also really appreciated how attentive, helpful and kind Carla was (thank you so much, Carla!). Breakfast was nice and the common area is fantastic to chill out in.

I just think the outside woodwork needs maintenance if the place is to last (which I hope it will!)

Everything was great. Its really near to Puerto Natales, 3 minutes. Room was clean and comfortable. I can recommend this accommodation for everyone.

we booked a room with a hottub but could not use it, the water was way too cold…

Very stylish, cosy, comfortabel and spacious units. The common space is very welcoming and perfect to relax. The breakfast is really good and we enjoyed the self service, tea and coffee. The host (Carla) is very responsive and shares great tips for the area. We really enjoyed our stay here after the W-trek!
