bedrooms upstairs with no doors so you could hear everything all over the apartment and hot tub did not work and pool was not heated as said to be.

the apartment was clean. the valet parking guys were really hard worker and pleasant the opposite of the front desk staff which were terrible

the front desk staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. unavailable for questions and assistance.. the gym was destroyed nothing like the pictures (I’m attaching real pictures in my review which speaks by itself)

Huge place. Has plenty of room for for 6+ people! Beach access, convenient store, pool, gym , 24 hr vallet

That the pool closes at sunset. Most places the pool stays open until 10 pm

Location is close to the beach.

The entire property is absolutely filthy and there is no evidence of proper cleaning or maintenance. When we arrived at 2:15pm, we were not greeted by the receptionists or security. It was if we were bothering them by asking questions. We were not allow to start the check in process till 3:00pm and had to wait in line for 45 minutes just to do so. The unit is significantly different than what was described in the listing. When I booked, the description stated "Sea views". This is a blatant lie. The only view you have the tennis court, the property entrance for cars and Collins Blvd. It also states it is "cute and chic". This unit is neither. It is decorated in early american garage sale. Upon entering the unit, the door is covered in dirt and grime. That should have been my clue to leave. Yet, we ventured into the unit and it smelled of mold and mildew which aggravated my allergies to a new level. The floors were sticky and had sand on them. After walking on the floors for a bit, my feet were black from the dirt. The balcony was far from "delightful" as described. Peeling and chipped paint on wooden stairs lead you to two chairs that were obviously found on the side of the road somewhere. They were not the cute dining set as shown in the pictures. The balcony is also directly over the spot where every smoker in the facility stands to get their nicotine fix. Both bathrooms were disgusting and dirty. My son referred to it as "gross" and I completely agree with him. What pushed us over the edge and forced us to leave was the bed. The bed skirt has NEVER been cleaned and had what appeared to be blood on it along with many other stains. The bedding was equally suspect. We were forced to find other lodging and the property owner has stopped responding to my emails. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR GUESTS. There were many other issues but this only allows so much content.

it was very spacious which we needed for having a whole family there! good sized rooms and we liked that it was on the first floor so we didn’t need to use the elevator. They provided beach towels and bathroom towels.

The open rooms made it hard to sleep when you can hear everyone in the place at all times. the balcony was pretty small and faced the entrance of the building where people were constantly getting picked up and dropped off. Since this place is in mid beach there aren’t many restaurants around. there are a couple restaurants in nearby hotels but the closest stand-alone restaurant was a mile away. have to walk 20 minutes or take the trolley. publix is also over a mile away if you are planning on grocery shopping during your stay.

Lots of space for a group of 5. Beach, pool, tiki bar are so much fun!

Hard to get around the area.

All the staff, from the front desk, to the restaurant, to the Riki Taki was excellent. Vanessa was communicative when needed and responsive. The condo was very comfy, clean, and stocked with everything we needed. One of the best places I stayed at. Would definitely recommend for sure. Will book again!

There was a weird smell in the room, but we brought febreze and it was fine after that!

The location was amazing! The beds were comfortable, the place was large and spacious!

Communication could have been better we needed toilet paper and ended up having to buy for ourselves. Castle L1 does need a little upkeep

The location was great, being so close to the pool and steps from the beach was incredible! There is a delicious restaurant Blue Gin that had great food at a good price. I would definitely stay here again!

The building requires you to use their valet if you have a car and parking is $35/day, I would recommend just using Uber or Lyft to save on parking.

Location was great, right on beach. Tiki bar food was good. Great communication with host.
