Big house and bedroom is enough for 7-8 people. If the sky opens at night you could see the Milky Way and the star at night time it’s beautiful.

Old Small TV and DVD player was good Garbage container is full and no one removes the trash from the first day of arriving until we check out. Broken lightbulbs in bathroom

Love the cabin so cozy and the view and stay was perfect

Living room tv was too small and some kitchen appliances weren’t too clean.

Nice location, easy to find the address. Close to stores .

Front door was locked and code didn’t work on arrival so had to contact Vacasa while waiting in the car with young kids. Paths ware under a few feet of snow and dangerous. Many of the light bulbs were not working.

The property was in a great location on beautiful grounds. Besides the things I'm calling out, the house was okay. My evaluation is based on the fact that the property is billed as premium and the rates are certainly premium. But the house does not live up to that. For what we paid, I really expected more.

1. The house is not well equipped. There were no wine glasses and the cookware and utensils were lacking. Dishware and glassware were a dissapointing hodgepodge. 2. The grill had not been cleaned for many months it seemed - filled with debris that caused excessive smoking. 3. The top bunk sheets and blankets were not clean. We had to change them out. 4. They did not include basic supplies like trash bags, laundry detergent, paper towels. It was disappointing to have to go out and purchase those items and have many leftovers. Again, would be nice at the rates we were paying to have those sorts of supplies furnished. 5. I think a 10:00 a.m. checkout time is unreasonably early. 6. The house takes on the full afternoon sun right on the side of the house that is full glass yet the shades were old, tattered and did not work so there was little protection therefore the house was very hot in the afternoon and early evening. 7. The house has a beautiful deck but only has a rickety table and chairs. For such a premium property, would be nice to have some good seating to enjoy the outdoor setting. 8. I tried calling customer service twice to ask about the lack of supplies. I thought surely they must be here and I'm looking in the wrong place. I never got a response. Called twice and emailed as well. No response.
