perfect house for the 7 of us. we appreciated the fact that the kitchen was adequately provisioned for us to actually cook. The salt water pool was warm and wonderful. We were five minutes from the beach. close to FLL. As advertised.

Well kept. Very clean. All utensils and kitchenware provided that you would need. Extra towels. Perfect for a family. 4 bedrooms. The best part was the pool!! Nice space in back. Pool was very big and kept perfectly warm! My children usually get cold in a pool that is shaded bc of sunset at around 3–4. They didn’t complain once and stayed in extra! Pool had 3 big floats I purchased and still had extra room. The picture on ad didn’t lie. Michael also was very attentive and responded immediately to any questions. Communication was available. We were all very pleased. It is a corner property with a road that is a bit busy which we were worried about but it ended up being very quiet! I would recommend this home. Thank you Michael!

Having stayed at many rentals in the past, I can assure you that you will not find one with more amenities. Need scissors? I found 6 pairs. Cheese grater? No less than 5. Who needs 5 cheese graters??? 20+ quality beach towels. Beach chairs, umbrellas (For rain and shade), tennis rackets, 100+ clothing hangers, etc. I could go on…. Gigantic TVs in each bedroom! This house is better equipped than my primary residence. Kitchen provides plenty of space to prepare meals. We chose the back porch as our venue to sit down and enjoy them. The pool is wonderful, and pool heat is included! The owner does not chince on pool heat, which many do. Some rentals include pool heat in the price, but don’t keep it warm enough. This pool was nice and warm during our entire stay, which my family appreciated. Even after several cold nights (Lows in the 50s) the pool heat was more than adequate. The owner was very responsive to an internet issue and resolved its within minutes of me reaching out. The property is an average, cookie-cutter lot which has been immensely improved by the creation of a privacy border. In addition to the 6-foot tall fence, various trees and plants create a hedge and shield you from the outside world. The neighborhood has a safe and friendly vibe. It is only slightly noisy due to idiots driving vehicles that omit obnoxiously loud noise.

The check in process was easy and a early/late check in and out made the process with flights much easier. Property manager went above and beyond when I requested a item needed for making Thanksgiving dinner. The house had everything needed if you have a toddler staying with you.

From booking to departure, the experience was amazing! Keyless entry made check in easy. We had brought some kitchen items just in case, but never needed because the kitchen is fully outfitted with anything you can ask for. The beds were very comfortable with nice pillows and perfectly crisp linens. Plenty of pool towels and a beautifully clean pool. Extra gas for the grill was there so we never had to worry about running out. Any question was responded to quickly. Distance to stores, casino, and beach is very convenient. A trip to Hollywood to walk on the boardwalk and souvenir shop was only 15 minutes. The main focus was family time at the house and enjoying the home. Highly recommend this property! Michael is an amazing owner and focused on making sure his guests have an amazing vacation!

We had an amazing stay! The property was well maintained and very clean. I felt like I was cooking in my kitchen at home. The kitchen has nice appliances, and they supplied everything that you needed. The kitchen had spices and cleaning products (you don’t find this at most rental properties). They even had plastic dishes that you can use outside. My son loved the color kid dishes too. They supplied multiple things for kids, which made it awesome. The patio and pool was by far the highlight. We spent most of our day in the pool, and then we would grill for lunch or dinner (very nice grill). The pool was so was warm, clean, and beautiful. There was a crew there twice to clean and take care of the chemicals (very well maintained). The beds were comfortable, and there were TV’s and fans in every room. Another highlight would be the property manager, Michael. He attended to any need that we had. He checked in multiple times to see if we needed anything, and to see if we were having a good time. It was really important to him that we were enjoying the property. He even sent me a bunch of recommendations before we checked in. We had a wonderful vacation!

Our family of six adults and four children had a wonderful stay. Everything we needed was there! The four bedrooms along with a crib for our grandchild were perfect. The owner was there when we arrived and provided a tour of the property which was impeccably clean. Hollywood beach is just ten minutes away and was fantastic. Hopefully we will all be back next winter!

The house was in great condition and was just as pictured and listed. The pool and hot tub were the high points. Would definitely stay there again. Michael was so helpful and accommodating. He was a great communicator.

We had a wonderful stay at Michael's property. The house itself is absolutely perfect, very very clean, every guest has its own space, making it very practical, and the living/kitchen area is spacious (very convenient). The outside is probably the real gem of this house, with everything you need to sunbathe near the pool, go for a swim, or just enjoy the warmth of Florida in January! In addition to that, Michael is very kind and helpful, and provided everything we needed for our two little ones, which helped make our stay even better. Finally, its location is great as well. Our family had never seen Florida, and they were able to visit everything around (the Everglades, Palm Beach, Miami Beach...) on single day-trips. We would definitely come back!

This house was perfect for four couples. It was a short drive from the beach and restaurants. Michael was extremely helpful throughout our stay.

The place was as advertised and Michael was extremely helpful. The pool is great and warm! All the electronics worked and the check-out process was easy. We just had to put the trash out and their cleaning crew was going to take care of the rest.

The house is set up to accommodate a family very well with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, an awesome kitchen, pool and hot tub. We would stay here again!

My family of 4 had an amazing time at this property. It was very clean and we quickly felt right at home. The property was so close to everything... restaurants, grocery, dania beach, Hollywood beach and located near highways for a quick trip to Miami and Palm beach. Honestly, we didn’t even need anything other than the back yard, pool, and hot tub to have a great week, but it was nice to be so close to everything. Traveling with a 3 yr old and 9 month old it was also perfect that the property had a portable crib, pack and play, baby tub, child potty and 2 high chairs available. Also for the pool the baby floats and puddle jumpers were an added bonus not to have to bring. In addition to the floats there were tons of beach toys, towels, boogie boards, noodles, and a handy beach cart to transport it all. All you need to bring is your swim suits. Michael was a great host and was quick to address any issues or questions that came up. He also provided great suggestions about places to eat and visit. We are already trying to plan when we can stay again. Do yourself a favor and book this property, you won’t regret it!

From the time of booking to the end of our trip, everything went very well. Owner Michael went above and beyond to accommodate anything we asked for. Specifically, we had a 4yr that was too big for the crib, he brought in an air mattress that worked great. He checked in to be sure we had everything we needed. Very nice family to deal with. Pool was sparkling, beautifully lit up at night. Hot tub was totally awesome and relaxing. The layout of the house was perfect for our 4 families. We all ate together, hung out watching tv together and the covered patio with tv outside was totally awesome. Can't say enough how much fun we had. Hope you enjoy your vacation time like we did.

We had a great time at the house. The pool was great and heated!! Property manager was very helpful with all kinds of last minute info to help us. House was clean - there were plenty of bath and pool towels. The kitchen was pretty well stocked - just need to bring paper products other than paper towels. Easy to get to beach (about 2 miles away) and many restaurants. Overall a great place to stay!

The house is just as advertised. Clean, comfortable and close to everything. Kitchen is well-appointed with almost everything a cook would need. Pool nice and warm and cleaned twice a week. Plenty of pool toys and towels provided. Big TVs in every room. Thoughtful touches throughout the house, like hangers, hampers and plenty of drawer space. Neighborhood was safe and pleasant to walk our dog. Michael the owner was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

We came to Florida as a group of friends to enjoy all Florida’s has to offer. Unfortunately COVID-19 ruined the possibility of enjoying the sites of Florida, but having this beautiful rental made our vacation. We had plenty of room for meals and playing cards. We spent most days and nights enjoying the beautiful back yard, amazing pool and relaxing hot tub. Big thanks to Michael who was very responsive, checked in on us and accommodated our needs!! We had the best time at this VRBO. We went for my sister's bachelorette party and had a great time lounging by the pool. The VRBO was so clean and impressive! Communication with Michael was very easy. Michael is really kind & accommodating. I would absolutely recommend staying at this VRBO!

The house is great for a group, the backyard is amazing! The beach is close by as well as restaurants and stores. The property manager was great, very responsive. All in all a great week.

We came down to Florida to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday with a group of our friends. We had 8 people and we had plenty of room (with room to spare!). The house was everything we could have hoped for, clean, spacious, and comfortable. The kitchen was huge and really came in handy when we cooked in for that many people. Our favorite part of the property was the outdoor space and pool area, we had beautiful weather while we were there and spent about 90% of our time out there relaxing in and around the pool, watching TV, and grilling out. With all the plants and trees, it felt very private back there, it was perfect. The house is super close to the airport, within walking distance to a grocery, a couple restaurants, and even a casino. We did a couple day trips to Miami and Lauderdale by the Sea and both were within a short scenic drive. Michael was very quick to respond if I had any questions and gave us some great recommendations for restaurants etc. We had a great trip and would definitely recommend this property, we were sad to leave! :)

This property was everything we could ask for. Accommodations for 10. Close to Hollywood Beach, Casinos and much more. I would definitely recommend.

We came to this property for a girls trip, it was perfect in every way! Michael was so quick to respond and very flexible with our check in/out which we greatly appreciated. I would definitely rent this property again, it was in a neighborhood but the lush greenery in the yard felt so private. Beautiful pool and hot tub, both were sparkling clean! Thanks for a great trip!

We had a great time! Michael was very responsive, helpful, provided recommendations for dining, and was an absolute pleasure! The house was very comfy, ideal for families. It's in a quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance of shopping, dining, etc. The house had every amenity imaginable and then some! We will be looking at renting from Michael again!
