Location is great! Front ocean. The check in very smooth! Compare to other ppl we watched - have been standing in endless lines to check in. We got access codes/instructions the day of and were able to enter the unit as soon as arrived. The unit is very spacious, just as described! Lots of space for everyone to hang out without feeling tight. Full size kitchen is a huge bonus (fully equipped, which we didn’t even expect, all pots/pans/tea pots/cups/glasses etc). Mattress very comfortable which is important for rental units. Plenty convenient stores around to buy anything you need (light groceries, alcohol, supplies). What to not expect from the building itself: no pool chairs (very limited amount and rest are either broken or taken early), no service at the beach, no chair/umbrellas at the beach (all have to buy/rent on your own). The unit can provide bucket/broom (to wash floors) for tenants who like their floor shiny/sand free everyday😇 as well as bigger beach chairs (enough for ppl occupancy for the unit). Host has been very quick to response, always helpful. Overall amazing stay! Would gladly be back soon!

The condo was exactly as advertised: great location, easy check-in, roomy condo for 4 people. The negatives were: We reached out to property manager about garbage bags and never heard back. Rented bikes from rental shop in the lower level of property and it was a terrible experience. Bikes are in deplorable condition. Pool area was disappointing and subpar compared to surrounding properties.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Enjoyed the pool and proximity to the beach. Tiki bar had savory food and delicious cocktails.

Floors dirty. Showers very poorly maintained. Pool was closed regularly for disinfectant, sometimes a whole day of no pool. Overall complex is old and depressing.

Overall good stay! The floors were super dirty! Not sure if it was ever mopped, but very spacious place! Has when you need with coffee pots and pans for light cooking. Couches were really comfy and was the bed, they also provided us with a last minute baby crib! Over all a good experience, will definitely stay again

Very good location, size of the apartment and distribution, pretty clean, good shape, it was convenient. Communication with Vanessa was excellent, she always responded fast.

The location and access to the beach was great! The apartment was right when you walk into the hotel, which made it easy if you are disabled.

We were extremely disappointed in our overall stay. While the kitchen in the room was well equipped, the place was absolutely filthy. The floors felt like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, there were stains all over the walls, showers were filthy, stains on the curtains (looked like blood), black mold in the windows, and multiple items were broken or rigged together very poorly. That was just the room. The hotel grounds were just as disappointing. Pretty sure they are running a brothel out of this location after seeing the sketchy characters coming in and out and the way they were treating the women they were with. Our unit was on the first floor and there was a woman passed out on the ground the first night we got there. The creatures walking around the pool deck at night were certified crackheads, which made you not even want to leave your room, and we were also told not to walk the beach at night because there was a good chance of being robbed. All in all the unit and hotel overall were filthy and full of sketchy characters. We will not be back.

It was a great experience to stay at this property. Kitchen was cosy but rest of the property is very spacious for the family to sit and play.

Everything was provided and we had plenty of room for a family of 4. We loved the convenience of being able to rent bikes and the close access to the beach and pool.

Chill and easy

The rental was absolutely fantastic! Loved everything about it. Didn't like the smell of Marijuana coming in when leaving and returning from surrounding rentals. Location and experience was perfect!

Great location right on the beach. Clean and accommodating management. Pool was nice. We had some loud neighbors which made us rethink the spot for a small child.

The location of the condo is perfect.

The condo itself and property is nice. Great beach access! The pool area is clean and the amenities are excellent. Only downside is some of the staff are rude. Pool bartenders aren’t the friendliest but the ones at the indoor bar were excellent! If you’re looking to be right in the middle of the nightlife though it’s about 4 miles from Southbeach but a mile from northern local bars such as Normans. Overall I will stay here again.

Overall the property was fine. It could use painting, new flooring, & window treatment. The unit was clean though. The valet parking was a problem. So we just parked our car and used Uber the whole week instead.

I liked the access that is close to the front door.

Place was great but we encountered 2 damage when we arrived a broken chair that someone did not mention to anyone and also the holder to hold the curtain back was not attached to the wall. Other than that the place was great

We loved our stay and the loft! It’s beautiful! Everything was provided and easy to find. The balcony was lovely to sit on and enjoy all the people watching. There’s a convenience store right downstairs on the way to the pool and jacuzzi. There’s also a rental shop for bikes and scooters downstairs. To get to the ocean and beach and boardwalk was just a walk by the pool.

The unit is right when you walk in the building and right on the beach! Not a luxury place but perfect for a weekend away. Enough space for 6 people comfortably

Fairly inexpensive. Right in beach. Lots of room and slept family of 6 with teens easily but not any room privacy due to both rooms are lofts. We had trouble getting water temp comfortable for showering. It was alway way too hot- weird but hey, we were there to hang on beach and it worked out great for us. Valet parking only option. A little pain and slow when coming back from dinner in evening. Overall great trip

Kitchen is not stocked well. So if you want to do any cooking during your stay you will have to bring/buy things in order to cook. Furniture in condo was not as pictured and not comfortable at all, couch sank in. Patio is VERY small and stepping out over the window to the stairs was not enjoyable. In a VERY loud area where people hang out below balcony and smoke (not just cigarettes) so the smell was awful. Partial view of pool area, but street side view and VERY loud location. Walls were not completely painted and lighting was awful with several bulbs out. Location was nice, pool and bar was nice and great access to the ocean. Would not stay in this specific condo again, but would stay at the location. Communication with property manager was great and was very responsive during booking.

good location. bad valet service, I had problems with my car scratched, drivers are not careful with cars, I do not recommend

We loved this place Vanessa the host was a wonderful person to deal with and is very responsive the room was great the beach was phenomenal restaurant in the lobby was awesome and they served up a great mojito. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you Vanessa for everything we loved our stay

Nice place to stay with easy beach access via pool area. Check in was easy. Valet was a huge plus. Space was perfect for my group. Everyone around was friendly and helpful. The only downside was the cleanliness of the kitchen.

The property was nice the check in was horrible. The property owner didn’t have the code so I had to pay for two days at another location. When the property manager made contact they apologized. If there was more supplies like garbage bags, tissue and paper towel for the amount of days I stayed would have put the icing on the cake. I would stay again if I came back to Miami.

The condo was not clean what so ever! A chair in the dining room was broken along with a light bulb from the lamp in the living room by the steps going upstairs. Bathrooms were filthy and the floors still had sand on them! Our condo’s beach was under construction and had no idea until we checked in!!! Would not recommended this condo to anyone!!!!

Made worse by horrible check-in process. I was threatened with a $50 parking charge while waiting to check in. This is a worn out building with many types of tenants. No choice but to use the very SLOW valet parking where intimidating characters insist on their tips.

The condo was very clean & the check in was easy. It was not a pool view, it was a view of the procession of cars coming and going. The condo itself has a nice loft layout, but it needs some TLC. It looks like it has definitely been used. None of the sinks or drains worked fully, water never drained. You had to hold up the drain for water to go down. It is a perfect spot on the beach which is what we wanted and easy to get everywhere location-wise.

The property was as described. Convenient location. Nice pool area and beach. The property is on the main level and steps away from where you check-in.
