O único problema que tivemos é que não conseguimos conectar nossos celular na rede de Wi-Fi do hotel.

Location and the apartments manager. Very helpful and promptly addresses any issues we had.

I strongly caution against booking this hotel. During my stay, I encountered numerous issues that made the experience highly unpleasant and unsafe. The shower drain was clogged, causing me to stand in a pool of dirty water every time I showered. Additionally, on the morning of checkout, the host knocked only once before forcefully attempting to open the door to collect the city tax, not giving us any time to respond. Thankfully, we had locked the door with the key, but this incident made us feel extremely unsafe, especially as two females alone in the room.
Furthermore, I accidentally left my AirPods Pro behind. When I contacted the host for assistance, they initial denied having found them until I provided tracking evidence via the Find My feature on iPhone. They then confirmed possession with a photo. Despite presenting indisputable tracking evidence and receiving initial confirmation from the host, they have ignored all further attempts to communicate, including those made by Booking.com on my behalf. It has now been 6 weeks since my stay at Anzolo Palace.
Due to the host's deceit and unprofessionalism, I have now reported the incident to the Italian police and will leave it in their hands. Prospective guests should be aware of the host's dishonest and unreliable behavior. Consider other accommodations to avoid similar issues.

The room was spacious and quiet. The air conditioning was efficient and the furniture was pretty good. The bed was comfortable and the isolation worked perfectly. The location was unbeatable.
Just to say something, there wasn't a TV in the room and the stairs were hard to climb

De geluidsoverlast. Op de tweede nacht kwamen er een paar gasten in de kamer boven ons, die heel erg luidruchtig waren tot laat in de nacht. Wij konden alles piekfijn verstaan.

Габариты комнаты маленькие. Так же было заявлено две раздельные комнаты,по факту комната только одна и разделена шкафом для книг. Вставлены две кровати, место съедено. Шкафы старые,везде запах сигарет. Соотношением цена /качество разочарован.

Lokalizacja idealna na city break, jeśli tak jak my głównie zwiedzasz, naprawdę nie potrzeba nic więcej :) wszystkie główne atrakcje w zasięgu ręki, wyjątkowe restauracje, supermarket i piekarnia w sąsiedztwie. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z tego pobytu.

Nos alojamos en un apartamento con vistas al canal y en una habitación que estaba en otro edificio, muy cerquita, cruzando el canal. La ubicación es muy buena, muy cerca de todo y a la vez en una zona tranquila. La habitación nos gustó mucho, bastante nueva y bien cuidada para ser Venecia.El chico que nos recibió a nuestra llegada muy bien, nos explicó todo y nos permitieron dejar el equipaje el día de salida en una habitación en el mismo edificio.
El apartamento que nos asignaron no era el que figuraba en las fotos de la reserva, las vistas al canal tampoco. Nos dieron el que está en el primer piso y nos llevamos una decepción respecto a lo que esperábamos. Estaba bastante sucio y con cosas varias sin arreglar (varios enchufes sin tapa o con cinta aislante,...) De hecho, tenía un cuarto donde se guardaban lo que parecían todas las sábanas y mantas de repuesto, parecía el cuarto de limpieza del edificio. No les dijimos nada porque solo íbamos a pasar una noche en Venecia y queríamos aprovechar el poco tiempo que teníamos . Además, para ser un apartamento para 4 personas le faltaba mucha vajilla. Respecto a la comunicación con el alojamiento, deberían mejorar mucho este aspeco ya que estuvimos a punto de cancelar la reserva porque nos resultaba imposible que nos contestaran a las dudas. Nos pusimos en contacto varias veces con ellos para resolver unas dudas antes del viaje y tuvimos que recurrir a Atención al cliente de booking para que nos contestararn. Una pena que quien lo gestiona no esté más pendiente de sus clientes.

Location is great.
My daughter forgot her powerbank in the apartment and we contacted the owner the same day to check if it can be sent to Germany to us by our cost - no reaction, he simply ignored all the messages though they were read.
After the first bad review he contacted me asking to delete the review and promised to send the powerbank. I deleted the review, but he did not send it and does not reply.

Fantastic location - overlooking a canal - the canal which leads up to the Bridge of Sighs. A couple of minutes walk from St. Marks Square. We loved hanging out of the windows and watching the gondolas ride by. (We were on the top floor - so looked down on them). It really felt like we were immersed in the city. Room was nicer than in photos.
Had everything we needed. Old building with rickety wooden windows and shutters. Room has been modernised and was clean and comfortable. Only a few minutes walk from Despar supermarket. I’m so glad we stayed here - exactly the experience I was hoping for in Venice (on a budget!). We loved walking around late at night when all the day-trippers and your groups had left.
Check in was like a treasure trail. We had to find the main hotel - enter with a code and then walk up a couple of floors and find a table with our coloured room key - and then find our apartment in another building a street away. Instructions were sent by WhatsApp. We found it all good fun and an adventure. (We only had small overnight bags). Room was very noisy in the mornings - all the motorboats coming by as the city wakes up in the morning - but again part of the experience! We couldn’t get the WiFi to walk - but no problem, as we were able to use the Hotel Columbia’s (across the canal) WiFi!

Excellent place to stay for some days! Room was nice, clean and cozy. Such a great location, clouse to everything, but quiet area! Very good price quality. Host is super friendly and helpful.

Nothing except the location
We stayed for 3 nights. The AC did not work. The inside of temp in room was well over 100F. Repeated calls to the mgmt, was dealt with lies that they will send someone to fix. No.one came and then they started ghosting mt calls. The shower was also not working. We had to wash in the sink.with wer towels. A horrible experience and I want to sue to get our money back.

The location of the property was perfect. Right in the heart of Venice. Could not fault it.
The property wasn’t very clean, there was hair still on the basin and on the bathroom floor from the previous visitors. The bathroom didn’t have any towel racks so our towels didn’t try properly and the shower was broken and very tiny. The wifi did not work throughout the duration of our stay which was a bit of an inconvenience

The place is very nice and it really is located very close to St. Marco and other important parts of the city. Nice and old building in a quiet area though. Highly recommend.
Internet was not working and i sent a message to a host about it. As we were staying just 2 days it wasn't really a big thing.

Very close to main square & other sights like rialto bridge & bridge of sighs . Nice hotel next door with lovely outdoor bar area .
Host was in regular contact on arrival day to make sure we had directions fo find our way .
