This is a nice place but not as nice as the pictures show. It was cold when I was there and could have used an extra blanket on the bed. Though it is technically “close” to the airport, during rush hour it can take almost an hour to get there. I would advise something even closer if you’ll need to get to the airport during busy times of the day.

No tener baño dentro ni un TV no tenía canasta de basura y en los 3 días no arreglaron la habitación ni un día ni cambiaron toallas

El lugar en si especial tiendas supermercado y tiendita al rededor lugar se sentía muy seguro ambiente de restaurantes finos a su alrededor

i stayed there two nights with my friend, the second night we got another room which was very big and sunny. the first night room was smaller and darker. anyway, pretty nice atmosphere. Its kitchen there with the most important equipment. nice area to sit outside. laundry in good price.

no warm/hot water, no blanket/quilt, they offer something kind of made of carton, i don't know how to describe it but many hostels in Guatemala used that instead . because i traveled in winter and i hate cold, i was freezing at night.

Localização muito boa, perto de mercado e restaurantes, além de ser um prédio bom e com boas comodidades. Seguro e tranquilo, bom custo-benefício.

The space is not clean, it doesn’t have light nor air. Incredibly dirty, there were hairs on our shower and the bathroom door couldn’t even close, the rug under the bed was WET and so were the sheets. The staff was not helpful, they changed the sheets for another set of dirty ones.

Queda ubicado en una buena zona, es limpio, cómodo hay lugares cercanos para comer.

Tal vez hace falta una tv en la habitación, para distraerse en la noche.

Las habitaciones son bastante centricas de ciudad de guatemala, es de facil acceso, te puedes desplazar en uber o caminando a diferentes lugares de la zona, la habitacion era realmente comoda, y nos ofrecieron jabones para bañarnos. Tiene un balcon y zonas comunes bastante lindas

Cercano al aeropuerto, facilidad de ingreso y salida.

Aunque se supone podía pagar con tarjeta de crédito o débito, no pude pagar con ninguna por la terminal lenta que tenían. Sin embargo fueron amables en esperar a retirar dinero para pago en efectivo.

La terraza está súper padre, y en la cocina también, en los baños tiene su shampoo, también nos gustó la seguridad en la entrada, tiene un mall súper cerca que tiene de todo como farmacias, cafeterías, bares, restaurantes y un supermercado.

Todo estuvo bien

Es un lugar cómodo para quedarte en zona 4. Buena ubicación para moverte a otras zonas de manera sencilla.

Son algo desorganizados con el check-in y las instalaciones pueden ser confusas, pero se soluciona.

Brudno. Obsługa nie mówi po ang. Do parkingu trzeba przejść na zewnątrz. Naczynia kuchenne to kubki. Pokój niegotowy na czas. Pościel niegotowa dla 3 osób. Przykrycie to narzuta nie sądzę że prana co gościa. Woda tak gorąca w prysznicu że parzy a nie da się inaczej ustawić.

Not very clean, bugs in the room - ants, cockroaches etc., water leaking from the ceiling, very loud.

Estuvimos 2 noches 3 dias y no se lavó el baño en ese tiempo ni una vez 6. El olor del cigarro es continuo dentro del edificio fue constante. 7.La cama suena como que se va a desarmar.

- Personal war öfters nicht aufzufinden - Küche für kritische Gäste evtl. nicht hygienisch genug, man darf nicht pingelig sein

Excelente ubicación

The location was perfect for our needs. They had free parking that was secure and right there at the property. The room was clean and comfortable.

The fan in the room was broken and when we called about it, they did not replace it. There was some sort of thumping noise most of the night right outside our room, coming from their storage patio it seemed.

I liked the location and that there were a lot of plants

The room wasn’t clean when we arrived and the person on site at that time wasn’t event aware of our booking. Also, the bed cover smelled like sweat pretty bad. We could tell it hadn’t been washed in a long time.

A sweet home perched in zone 4, which is a relatively safe area with a lot of eateries around (try the shucos from the streets if you stay here) The girls who take care of the place are sweet and responsive. The room was clean and just about what I needed on my last night before going home. It was big and spacious with a balcony. The bathroom although shared was right next door and clean. The house is really nice, the kitchen is clean and the backyard is cosy.

Please wash the covers on the pillows and sofas in the backyard.

The host is very friendly and she went out of her way to accommodate our needs. Great location, amazing restaurants just around the block. The shared garden area is great.

The rooms with private bathroom on the top floor are noisy with walls of thin wood. You feel like you're basically outside. We also spent one night a level lower with a shared bathroom which is better regarding noise, but then the mattress was bad and one could feel the springs. Overall it's fine for its price.
