The location was excellent, and the host greeted us warmly upon arrival. However, some of the bed sheets and pillowcases had an unpleasant odor, suggesting they hadn’t been dried properly, which gave them a bacterial smell. The rooms also had a musty odor. It seemed that previous guests might not have treated the property well, making proper cleaning and maintenance even more crucial. Additionally, it was disappointing to find no coffee provided despite having a coffee machine, and the laundry machine lacked detergent. These small details detracted from our overall experience.

Everything about our stay here was top notch. The pre-arrival communication, the check in process, the cleanliness, the space, and the location. We were in for 5 nights and walked to almost all the destinations we wanted to visit. When we needed to catch a bus or a metro, the stop was just a few hundred yards away. Also, the Aerobus stop to get to/from the airport was also just a few hundred yards away. I would give this place my highest recommendation.

Very central location, two mins walk from the airport bus stop on Placa Catalunya, easy walk to the sites and great restaurants in Barrio Born and Gotico. Being on Placa Catalunya meant easy travel on trains and buses as well as many taxis being available nearby.The apartment was exactly as described, lots of rooms and good space. The decor was Barca chic and the furniture and facilities were fantastic including a good smart TV with multiple content apps for when you needed to relax. It was also great that the apartment block had two lifts which is unusual in Barcelona.The only downside was that one of the bedrooms had no A/C, the team were quick to help out with a fan but it didn't reduce the heat in the room. As a result we used the extendable living room couch/sofa for sleeping which did mean less living space as children needed to go to bed earlier.All in all a very good apartment, which for us was in a location that couldn't be bettered.

Superb appartement and host!

Excellent location! With a big supermarket right across the road, taxi stand and bus stop right outside. For foreign visitors, very close to the Global Blue for tax refund so no need to do it at the airport.

Plenty of bedrooms, great location, host was amazing! Very responsive, always willing to recommend anything and extremely helpful!

The apartment is in the center of it all in Barcelona. Walking distance to the shopping district as well as Ciutadella Park (Barcelona Zoo). Communication with Marco was great from start to finish and the apartment was clean and plenty of room for 2 families. Would highly recommend!
