Perfect spot to host 8 ladies for a birthday trip to Nashville! Property manager was super responsive, adorable neighborhood, perfect amenities to fit everyone’s needs. Would definitely stay again!

Had a great bachelorette party house was amazing and so close to downtown. There were 9 of us we could’ve easily slept 2/3 more people comfortably. 10/10 recommend and would stay again.

Comfy beds, plenty of space for all 8 guests. Good communication when I needed to contact management. Sweet, quiet neighborhood with an occasional train(which we loved). Great party house!

Lovely big house in Nashville, closeby to lots of restaurants and downtown. Easy parking for those with cars, and we also had an easy time getting ride shares quickly in the neighborhood as well. Had great ammenities and luxurious bathrooms! Beds were comfortable and hot tub was a great spot to relax. Communication was super easy and the owner was very friendly.

This home was excellent for our girls trip weekend. Home was clean, spacious, and a great/safe location. We took short Uber rides everywhere we needed to go and it was always close to what we needed. Any time I had questions or concerns, the host was available immediately. Great place to stay!

We had 12 people stay here over this past weekend. It was perfect! The location is so great to get around all over Nashville! A few minutes from Broadway and it also very close to highways so getting to the lake was a breeze! We were able to party all night with no complaints. Rooftop hot tub got so much use! And the screened in front porch was a nice touch as we were out there the entire time and no bugs! Thank you so much for an amaizng place to stay!

Thank you for letting us stay at the house. It was very comfortable and very convenient! The house is much bigger in person and had lots of room for parking!

Anniversary Trip!
My husband and I came up for a short trip and the house was perfect! So close to all the breweries and restaurants that we wanted to go to and even close enough to downtown to do things, but not feel like you are anywhere close to downtown. Would definitely recommend.

Had a great experience! This property was amazing. All the bed were very comfortable. The coffee bar was a hit definitely needed a cup or two after a night on Broadway.

Even better in person than the pictures
Felt more spacious and roomy then expected. Very comfortable. For a larger group this was a much better deal and way more enjoyable than a hotel.

Spacious, clean, beautiful
We loved this property so much! Highlights: parking, residential neighborhood, short Uber to reach downtown, great open floor plan for gathering on the first floor, multiple decks including the third floor with hot tub, clean, beautifully decorated, and well stocked with kitchen and bath items. Check in and out were easy. Professionally managed and good communication.

This house sets the bar high! Much bigger than expected and so so clean. We had 12 girls stay for a bachelorette party and had no issues at all. Best part is anywhere we wanted to go was 10 mins or less! I would recommend staying here for sure!
