We had a great time. The lodge had so many amenities! It is within 2 hours of so many different national parks and monuments. It made for easy day trips to Mt. Rushmore and devils tower.

This house was big enough for our 3 families and the down stairs was perfect to keep the kids busy the whole time! Hot tub was nice to have but a little confusing on how to use the settings. Awesome kitchen and comfortable rooms. Nice central location to do lots of sight seeing! Owners were very responsive with any questions we had.

My family and I met at the Jackalope cabin for the holidays . The home is absolutely beautiful! Great view of the hills and pretty private even though there are neighbors close . It’s a quiet area and was perfect for my family . We did notice items left in both refrigerators onsite , but just went ahead and left them as we found them . The hot tub wasn’t working , but after I contacted Budi , someone came very quickly to fix the issue. It was a very nice stay and I would rent this home again .

We stayed for 5 nights with our 5 children over Christmas and the home was perfect! They kids loved the pool table and the old school arcade games were a hit too! House was in great condition and very well stocked! Definitely recommend staying here!

Our group consisted of 11 people ranging from 4 years old to mid 40's. We absolutely LOVED and ADORED this home. We cooked all the meals, laughed around the table, played pool, played video games, gazed at the stars, looked at the mountains and played in the pool. We were able to spread out, there was plenty of room for us and we enjoyed the decor as well. If you are looking for a short term rental, this is the place to be.

We have absolutely no complaints about our stay here! The beds were comfortable, the house was spacious, the neighborhood was very nice and Budi had great communication! There’s plenty of space for trailer parking and multiple families to stay in the house together! We would stay here again if we return!

This house is perfect for staying with our extended family. There is plenty of space to spend time together. The kitchen, dinning and living area was great to spend time all together. The bedrooms are large and had plenty of bathroom space. The hot tub and pool table were also great. Had a great community building with a heated outdoor pool. Located close to hiking.

This property accommodated our group of 16 people very well! We made all evening meals on the property. It was very well equipped for cooking, even for a large crowd. Check-in/Check-out instructions were spelled out well and easy to follow. Communication with owner/manager was very prompt and clear. Would highly recommend this property.

Would definitely consider staying here again and would also recommend to others. The community clubhouse/pool is a nice bonus for swimming or smaller get togethers as it also includes a small kitchen, lounge area, and game room.

We really enjoyed our time in this beautiful home!
The only issue for us was how cold the lower level was. There is no thermostat or instructions on how to warm it up other than just the gas fireplace in the main family room. Aside from that we really enjoyed everything else about the home and our time there!!

Great property in Powderhouse
Great property and space. Overall very happy! Love the downstairs family room, pool table and hot tub! Upstairs suites are ideal for couples! Needs better WiFi if going to offer it. Ideally would have had another basement bathroom with so many of the beds down there.

Our family of 18 stayed in this home for our daughter's wedding. It was absolutely perfect! The home was much larger than we thought. Plenty of room to space out and not be crowded. We also rented the home next door to accommodate additional family. It provided a great opportunity to have a lot of quality time together vs staying in a hotel. The surrounding area was beautiful as well. Highly recommend!
