Great holiday, facilities, location and close to everything

The resort and our room were very clean, amenities amazing. Brian was so helpful and when we were making the booking he was quick to respond to all emails.

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Being north facing it was bright and airy. The amenities at the complex were excellent. The beach was one block away and easy to access. The light rail station was just outside the hotel. Easy walking to shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and the unit was very comfortable.

We stayed from Sept 29 up to Oct 3 for my birthday celebration. I'm so happy to say this is our most relaxing holiday so far. The place is neat and tidy, a bit dated kitchen and toilet but I don't mind as long as its clean. The shower's water pressure is so strong and relaxing. We also love the pool and the Thai restaurant next to it. The food was excellent. The only thing that confused us was the parking garage, we didn't know that there were 2 garages but the guard was very helpful and showed us where to go, so it was all good. I really recommend this place to anyone looking for good rates in Surfers paradise and Brian is really quick in communicating. Thank you for a lovely stay and for memorable birthday. Til next time.

Grate room, very clean.

Had a wonderful stay with myself, wife and 3 year old son. The apartment had everything we needed and you can’t beat the location. Close to beach, the tram, buses, restaurants and shopping. The pools were a highlight and already booked a return trip.

Good location but the apartment was a bit dated and needs some touch-ups

Our family stay in nice apartment at Crown Tower resort. Modern furniture, pleasant view. Apartment has everything you need. Host Brian was easy to communicate. I would definitely recommend this place once you are in Gold Coast.

Excellent location, nice appartment and outstanding facility however for the price cleanliness could be better, the safe did not work and the balcony is not safe to sit on. We had from lit cigarette butts to sandwiches dumped from higher floors.

Exactly as advertised. Owners responsive to emails sent prior to visit. Will probably need upgrade to kitchen, bathroom in future but very clean and had everything we needed. Happy with proximity to beach, restaurants, shops etc. Thank you Brian & Vicky.

The property was as listed, accessible location since we only took public transport. It has all the stuff we need for during our stay. Short walk to the beach and resort amenities were a plus!

The room was a big room which made it a comfortable stay, everything was clean and provided for. The property manager was easy to get in contact with and was very understanding and helpful. We had the best stay and definitely enjoyed our new years in the apartment.

Great location. Pictures accurate. Free parking. Owner very easy to talk to and very helpful. We had a late arival and all went smoothly.

Room as pictured, clean and easy communication with Brian. Facilities at Mantra Crown Towers were exceptional, staff were friendly, indoor heated pool, two spas and saunas, gym. Room was accomodating and has all your requirements. Would highly reccommend.

My son and I had a great time. The property is exactly how you see it on the internet. The amenities at the hotel are great. My son loves the pool. The location is close to town and public transport. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Lovely resort. Not sure about the theming with the weirdly painted walls and doors in common area - this was slightly trippy. But overall the hotel is in a great location and the facilities are great. Lovely Thai restaurant downstairs too. We survived the freezing outdoor pool and there is a heated indoor pool and two spas for those who like the water a little warmer. It's a shame the buffet and cafe are closed. Oh and be sure to take cash if you want to use the kiosk at the pool.

before even getting to the appartment the host was a pleasure to deal with. We had to change our booking on a number of occasions due to COVID and personal commitments and nothing was a problem. Brian was only happy to help. The apartment check-in was a breeze and the apartment had all that we needed and more. It was very spacious to accommodate us 4. The kids loved the pool and there was an indoor pool for some cooler rainy days. My husband and I made use of the gym. The Thai restaurant downstairs was amazing and the little cafe by the pool was very reasonable with a good selection of breakfast and lunch snacks. The location was perfect, just a short walk over to the beach and a short walk to Cavil Ave and all the action. We had an amazing break after nearly two years of not being able to go anywhere, this was perfect and just what we needed. We will definitely be back again.

We stayed for 9 nights with our 2 daughters with 2 extra roll-out beds. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Check in was a breeze and the owner was exceptional. The pools are amazing and not crowded at all. The pool cafe was great and very affordable. The beach is super close. I will definitely recommend it to friends and family and rebook next time I travel to Surfers Paradise.
