We came up for a bachelorette trip this weekend, and the stay couldn’t have been more perfect. The house was well equipped with everything we needed, and Donna checked in with us to see if we needed any refills on any toiletries, etc. the communication was quick and detailed, and we knew everything we needed before arriving! Additionally, they provided us with recommendations to help us find food and activities ahead of time. We cannot wait to come back and stay again. Thank you so much!

Condo worked great, was walking distance to Broadway Street, Nissan Stadium and all the downtown Nashville action.

My husband and I took our teenage kids and this was the perfect spot. It’s close to music city (20 min walk) and safe! The condo was just the right size for the 5 of us. Everyone had a bed. We loved the mornings on the patio watching the wildlife (otters, geese, etc). It was clean and had everything we needed.

Clean and well located, we walked everywhere. Perfect for two couples. We enjoyed the patio overlooking the river. Many details were attended to. We appreciated the covered parking, basic coffee and snacks that were provided, as well as other items you might forget when travelling.

The place was nice but there was a family above us with 3 small children that we heard running and jumping through the floor from 7am to almost 10pm. Also, not sure where the pool was but we did not see or use it.

The place had everything we needed, was super comfortable, and easy to check in and out. The hosts were terrific, very responsive and friendly. And the location is in walking distance to a ton of restaurant options.

This property had everything we wanted. Perfect layout and within walking distance to downtown. Nice, personal touches allowing us to use some Supplies without having to go out and shop. Owners super responsive.

The general area seems to be going through a bit of a gentrification as it seems most of the area was industrial.
I like the covered parking of the condo. Will be great in the summer or bad weather.
I can see how being on the river in the summer would be a nice addition. In the winter however, the view is a bit grey.
The unit is as described. Sleeping for 6 might be a little tight especially with the cough pulled out and the 3 beds in the 2nd bed room.
Other than that, I don’t think I can say anything bad. Enough amenities but not to much. Full kitchen and everything you need to cook.

The hosts were lovely and communicated with us well in advance of the trip. They truly went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our visit and went above and beyond what was expected.
The condo itself is in perfect distance from the downtown scene and there is ample parking. We would absolutely stay here again.

Although we ran into a little snag checking in, the accommodations, location and communications with the managers was great. We had an awesome time in Nashville, and getting Ubers was convenient and not expensive. Donna and Tim were very accommodating to our needs. Definitely recommend this VRBO.

Very comfortable and roomy condo. Close to downtown..we even walked down & back one day. Lift rides were very prompt in getting to us.

This property was great for a girls weekend. It was only a short Uber ride to broadway. The place was very clean and comfy beds. Would highly recommend this place.

Our stay at Donnas condo was everything we had hoped for. Decor, cleanliness, supplies were all perfect. We loved the location on the river. Very quiet, yet convenient to downtown. There was a little problem with accessing the unit that took awhile to fix, but Donna answered as soon as she could and worked it out. We would absolutely stay here again.

This property was perfect. Easy walking to Broadway. We even walked to the Gulch from there. Plenty of paper products and nice supplies like coffee and creamers also well equipped kitchen.

My daughter (15), hubby and I had a great stay at this property. It was perfect for us. Donna was the perfect host. I have given the link to many people on the Nashville Visitors page. Everything is exactly as described. The pool and view were fantastic. Having two bedrooms was great. My daughter loved the extra long vanity between the two bedrooms. We only needed two beds but there was room for 5 in beds and 2 more on the pull out couch. If we ever return to Nashville, I will be checking to see if Donna is still renting.

We travelled as a group of 6 (4 adults and 2 children) and the place was great! The host was easy to reach with any questions. About a 15- 20 minute walk to broadway, which was easily doable and we often walked late at night no issues. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in Nashville and staying at the Riverfront Condo was lovely. We were close enough to Uber anywhere in downtown. Didn’t need to worry about traffic or parking and the cost was low. Had a good time.

This place is great! Fully stocked (which is rare these days), clean, comfortable, and convenient. Location is quiet but not too far from downtown. Host is EXCELLENT - very attentive and responsive. We had a great time!

Beautiful condo with plenty of space! Two full baths which was great for 4 women. Close enough to walk to Broadway and attractions. Enjoyed the riverfront deck when not out experiencing the energy of Nashville.

Donna was super great at communicating! The location is great as you aren’t too far from Broadway, but far enough that it is quiet. Some cobwebs were seen in the corner of some the rooms, but other than that the property was great!

Stayed for The Weekend for a concert. The place was easy to get into, instructions clear for taking care of the place , and what to do when to leave. I was communicated with in a timely manner and was given websites also to see what we could do.

We stayed for a long weekend girls' trip-- super accommodating for the three of us. Loved the view of the river and proximity to everything. We felt safe and very comfortable. Donna was super easy to communicate with and I highly recommend!
