Everything was as described and we even got an upgraded room Only hitch was when Wyndham tried to rope us into their timeshare scam

We loved the property. Sink needed a stopper. Tub spouts we’re needing so love

The resort was family oriented and had a good location for what we needed. My only suggestion is that the resort put screws in the floor to help the squeakiness of the floor above us. Really friendly staff!

This place was everything we wanted for a long weekend! The place is had so much space and very clean. It was perfect for 4 adults. The shuttles made it so easy to get around. Will be booking again for sure!! Thank you! Lisa West

Our family was assigned to a unit on the 3rd floor in building 20 and the elevator wasn’t working. I called the desk and informed them our heat wasn’t working, they offered blankets that they never delivered. I had to drive to Home Depot in the snow and ice and buy a space heater and use the oven as well. Maintenance finally came and fixed the heat the day before our visit ended. The same day, our hot water stopped working so maintenance had to return. Not to mention the rolling blackouts that kept happening in the middle of the night and into the morning the second day into our visit. The temperatures were in the single digits.

This was a really great spot, but a decent walk to anywhere nearby. I’d only consider if you plan on renting a car or using taxi/Uber.

We had a great trip. The condo was just as described very nice and clean. I have a terrible back and the beds were comfortable it's so close to Opryland Gaylord resorts which is a plus. A shuttle is there to take you downtown for a price but it's in driving distance. Josh was great and we are now owners!

We were very happy with our stay here! The shuttle made getting to downtown less stressful. Getting to the opry was very easy also. Our room was clean and the staff were very helpful. We would stay here again for sure! The only thing with the time share was it was 2.5 hours instead of 90 minutes.

Everyone was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Room had everything we needed and was very clean. Everything was in great working order.

Nice property, overall. Location made it easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go. The shuttle was convenient to downtown Nashville, but if the downtown area is all you want to see, then I probably wouldn't recommend this property because it is a good 20 minutes away. Food trucks made for a quick dinner when needed but the Opryland Hotel is just minutes away and has terrific restaurants for a nice evening out.

Property is great, perfect location near Grand Ole Opry, Opryland Hotel and some great options for listening to live music!

The only issue I had was being told that we had to sit through a 90 minute “sales pitch”and that we were supposed to be charge $40 if we didn’t attend but he wasn’t going to charge us because we were not aware of this. Other than that I have no complaints!

Only issue I had was the dinning room chair was cracked otherwise it was a great place and location

This location was perfect. Only 20 minutes from downtown Nashville and less than 5 minutes to Portland which included the Grand ole Opry, General Jackson steamboat cruise and a huge mall.

My fiancé and I took a quick weekend getaway to Nashville and our stay was amazing! This condo was better than any hotel room we could have gotten and priced even better! We were so happy with our stay we have recommended Club Wyndham to all of our friends and family and will try to stay with Club Wyndham resorts anytime we travel to a place that has one! It was better than we expected and had a whirlpool tub that we didn’t even expect!! We will be back!

Great access to Nashville and Great hospitality

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay so did my son. From the moment we checked in on 9/4 in the evening, the staff was AWESOME!! Though it's about 20 min from downtown Nashville, it was so worth the stay!!

Great property except to many attempts to listen to timeshare presentation.

I stayed at this location when I had a conference at the Gaylord. It is about a 15 minute walk or a short Uber ride from the unit to the Gaylord. Communication with the owner was quick and clear. No issues at all. The room at the Wyndham (the full one bedroom side) was large and in good shape. It had a full kitchen plus a washer and dryer. I was able to save a lot staying here vs the Gaylord and the kitchen had everything I needed to make every meal. Just be aware that when you check in, in order to get a parking pass you will have to talk to someone who would like to get you to take a timeshare tour. That being said, they were not pushy at all. I just let them know I would be in conferences the whole stay and they told me if any time opened up to come back. I have been to a lot of timeshare resorts and these people were very easy to deal with. I will be back in Nashville for another conference next year and this is the place I will stay.

Great location and shopping at Opry Mills Mall.
