The inside of the house was clean and somewhat cozy. However, the outside landscaping has much overgrowth. The street is a busy thoroughfare. The host is friendly and accommodating.

The property had all the amenities needed for our brief stay in Hunstville. It was an easy commute to just about everywhere we wanted to go.
Our "host" was pleasant and helpful, and everything was nicely set up for us on arrival.

This home is very close to all of the attractions in and around Huntsville. We have five family members and this space worked well for us.
This is the cleanest property we’ve ever stayed in. The beds are very soft if you like soft beds. The pillow options were our favorite of all rentals we’ve stayed at. Mr. Carr has firm and soft pillows, along with cervical pillows in the bedrooms. The closet space is ample. The kitchen had what we needed. Mr. Carr brought a gas grill for us to use as we always bring our own meat and we appreciated that very much. We would stay again if needed. Mr. Carr is helpful and knowledgeable about the area.
The home is close to a busy street and can be loud in the evenings, however, with the air conditioners on, the sound was mostly drowned out. The photos need to be updated as there is not a treadmill or “gym” feature available to guests.

Was looking for an easy affordable place to stay to catch the Trash Pandas baseball game. This property fit the bill perfectly. Everything we wanted to do was close and easy to get to and the property was clean and comfortable. The host had great suggestions for dining and area attractions and followed up with me when weather cancelled the game. Wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again. Thanks Tim!

The rooms were very comfortable and living space was quite spacious for all our needs. The owner was in touch prior to and during our stay yo be sure we had everything we needed.

The interior was nice and clean but we weren’t prepared for the stairs. The gardens were overgrown and needed care. Very busy street with a lot of street noise but close to town.

We were in town for my parents 50th anniversary. The house was perfect way for all of us to not have to be on top of each other for a week. The house is perfect for a small family and I would say we spent 95% of the time we were there enjoying the back deck. We will definitely book again in the future!

Great place to stay. The gardens here are beautiful. We moved our daughter into a studio off campus student at UAH. All sisters and one brother visited - this home has great amenities and is close to all the colleges, US space and rocket museum and Botanical Gardens. Drive 20 minutes and lots of hiking trails and woodland. Plenty of wildlife.

We visited Huntsville for the first time to see 2 shows at the Orion Amphitheater. If you are into live music this is an amazing venue! It's never easy choosing a place to stay in my opinion but as soon as we pulled up to the house I was happy with my decision. A clean, cozy and quiet retreat away from all the hustle and bustle but still a close drive or Uber to everything. The patio/garden area out back was lovely and Tim was a great host. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Huntsville.

We stayed 3 nights. Went to the Space and Rocket Museum as well as High Pount climbing. We had a great time. Hosts were very kind and quick communication.

This house met our expectations. It is an older home of a family member and still has that feeling. The host went above and beyond to make sure we had all that we needed. If you book this property and are a light sleeper, bring earplugs because it's on a busy street. We enjoyed our stay and Huntsville.

The owner had everything ready for us and communication was a breeze. The house was as listed. They had some food suggestions which we used and ate some very good food. There was traffic noise but it wasn't enough to ruin our trip. I highly recommend the house and owner.

We felt at home. It was super clean. It was nice to have our own bedrooms, with TVs, and 2 bathrooms made it really convenient. Kitchen was stocked very well. We bought Kpods for the Keurig, but discovered in the morning it didn't work...no big deal because they had a coffee pot and hot ground coffee for it!! Host was friendly and informative. He made my 19 year old son feel safe when he had to stay one night alone in a new state. He couldn't remember how to get in (I had told him, he just couldn't remember), so he called Tim. Tim let him know he's close and would be there if he needed anything!

Excellent Property and Host
The property is most pleasing in both the grounds and the house itself. This property suited us very well. Had everything we needed or wanted and was central to all of our activities. The host is quite gracious and was available to answer all our questions. We would definitely return to this property.

Reunion
We decided to turn our friends sons birthday party into a sort of “Army friends reunion”. It was a nice, quaint little house that served our needs perfectly! The communication between myself and the property owner was great! He went above and beyond to ensure we had anything and everything we needed! 10/10 would stay here again if I’m ever in the Huntsville area!

Perfect tranquil garden
This property was ideal for our family, well maintained with comfortable beds and nice bedding. The location was great and property manager was excellent. He went out of his way to accommodate us..We would highly recommend

Home sweet home!
We had a training class in the City and didn't want to stay in a hotel. The house was perfect and had all the amenities we needed to make us feel at home. The onwers are amazing and knowledgeable about the area. It's located just off the street for easy access, and in a good location to access stores, restaurants and coffee houses. We had a great time!

Great house with beautiful gardens!
Plenty of space and a full kitchen made our trip to Alabama perfect! The gardens are beautiful and made a wonderful place for morning coffee or dinner. Owner was helpful and very accomadating!

The location was easy to get to other locations, At times the traffic noise was a little loud but not at bed times. The place was very clean and nice to stay.

The Garden home of warmth
I cannot say enough about Tims hospitality. The check in was smooth as silk and just the energy of the house was just a place of love and memories we all sat in the back to just take inn the akr the treets and the look at the table where many a good family meal was enjoyed and hopeed we added to that energy
The neighborhood was super convenient to everything and the house of coures was just clean tidy and a place of a thousand naps eveywhere lol after our good meals lol. .
