We came to Nashville to celebrate a number of family milestones with Friends and Family. This house was the perfect set up for a large group. It was definitely different and had everything we needed. It was as described and we would recommend this property to others for sure

We had an amazing stay! The house was even better than the pictures. They have thought of everything down to the smallest details. The pool and the outdoor space was perfect.
We were in Nashville for an event at the Gaylord and this was the perfect location. We could be there in less than 15 minutes.
The host was very responsive and helpful when a storm came through and the power went out in the area.
I would stay here the next time I’m in Nashville.

The property was exactly as described on the website! Very accommodating for everyone. Location was only 10 mins from the downtown area!! This house was everything and more! The backyard was the star of the show! So much to do to have a chill day! I would definitely stay again for future trips!

We enjoyed this property very much. The amenities in the back were perfect for our group. The house is great and has decor that honors the 1950's, which we believe is when the house was built.

We had a fantastic time celebrating my boyfriends 40th birthday! It was super easy to get an Uber to wherever we needed to go! We stayed in February so didn’t really enjoy the pool but the hot tub was great!

Had a great Ladies vacation at this property. Spent most of our time either downtown Nashville or in the backyard cool vibe environment. The pool and hot tube setup was awesome! Location was convenient for driving to Opry house and also downtown Nashville. The house had plenty of towels, coffee, trash bags, etc. Even had snacks and nice fun room to do your hair! Definitely was nice to have all these extra 'Perks'! Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Thank you!

We had a great time and loved the outdoor space at the property. Having the pool and hot tub made it feel like we were at our own private resort. The entertainment room gave us the perfect family movie night too. Jessica and Tyler were very responsive to our questions. We had everything we needed and can’t wait to come back.

A Nashville Must!
This vacation house has all the amenities required for a great Nashville vacation. You can hang at the pool during the day and then a quick Lyft ride to Broadway at night. The owners are easy to work with and provided great customer service.

Our family met in Nashville (a comfortable distance to travel for all) for a weekend to celebrate Grandpa's retirement.

We stayed as a large family on our first visit to Nashville. The home was comfortable, clean, and centrally located to various things we wanted to do in town. The hot tub was nice, it was too cold to swim but the property is well-maintained and ready for fun. I recommend.

Fantastic stay
I booked my bachelorette party to stay her and it was the perfect spot. A quick 10-15 minute Uber/Lyft ride to midtown and Broadway. It has an exceptional backyard space with a fantastic pool. We loved our stay.

We hosted a bachelorette party here and it was a blast. The location and amenities the house had to offer were amazing! Communication with the owners was seamless and they were extremely helpful with any questions or things we needed throughout the weekend. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a fun weekend in Nashville!

Fun week with family
We rented this property for less than a week, Jess and Ty were great! This is definitely a well used property. Lots of extra twoels for pool and shower, not many for the kitchen when we were there. A few signs of age for this property, some toilet flushing delays, shower drain clogs, but nothing that infringed on our having a good time. Uber into the best parts of Nashville very simple. The hot tub was a great option when it was rainy or too cold for swimming.

Nice quiet location, great backyard area, plenty of space, comfortable beds, hosts were thoughtful with making little extras available in case you forgot something at home. House seems bigger on the inside! Lots of room to spread out - we were only 4 people, but could see this being great for a larger family or group. Relatively easy access to lots of Nashville attractions.

Nice house
The house was gorgeous, but the neighbors are so close, and they’re very strict on quiet hours at 10pm even on weekends. The neighbor even came out waving a flashlight yelling at us to go inside when we were all in the hot tub on a Saturday, despite me already explicitly telling everyone we had to go inside at 10. My phone read 9:59 when she came out. The homeowners are extremely kind and the place is great, I just don’t think the tight-knit neighborhood is the best place for a vacation home. Despite that one minor setback, our stay was amazing and we appreciated Jessica and Tyler’s hospitality.
