Beautiful property that had the best view of the Swan and city lights. The apartment was super close to the city and had everything you need for a Home away from Home

Exceeded my expectations. The apartment was a delight, fully furnished and spacious. The cleanliness and well-maintained facilities added to the overall positive experience. Parking was easy to locate, just accross the apartment. There are also many halal restaurants along the street. The location was perfect for shopping (less than 5 minutes walk to Murray Street) and exploring nearby attractions. The highlight from the apartment balcony was the magnificent view of the Swan River, especially enchanting with Christmas lights illuminating the scenery day and night. The host, Jeanette was a delight and accomodative. She replied immediately to all queries via email. Highly recommended for an amazing stay in Perth!
Suggest to prepare additional bathing towels for guests staying more than 3 nights. Everything else is good.

Fabulous central location within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, train, quay, museums, and sports stadiums. Our apartment had lovely views of the River and city lights. The hosts provided lots of information regarding local attractions and services and how to operate appliances in the apartment. They even had a toy box for families.
Unfortunately the rooftop pool and outdoor space were closed for repairs while we were there, which was disappointing, especially as our balcony was not on the sunny side of the building.

Amazing communication, easy to get the keys, the apartment is beautiful and feels like home. Bed is very comfy, all the facilities of a hotel were there with the comfort of home.

Awesome apartment. Check in process was smooth via instructions. Apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything you needed. Close to train station, bus stops, restaurants and supermarkets. Very central. Games and activities for children and families
Not a lot of clothes storage for folding clothes. More drawers would be beneficial.

Well equipped kitchen - didn’t want for anything.

Area was a little sketchy between unit and Hay st mall over weekend - seemed fine in business hours.
The pool area is tired.
When I picked up and dropped off the key into a drop box into the convenience store (a block away) the shop attendant was blatantly rude to me when I didn’t purchase anything from him.

The only thing is the pillows - they weren't very nice. Thin, cheap foam style pillows.

Location was excellent. Close to everything in the CBD. Good view. Comfortable beds. Excellent shower heat and pressure. Price was excellent.
It was a bit fussy getting the key and getting in. We kept having trouble opening the door (turn key anti-clockwise would have been useful info amongst the other over-explaining). Not enough towels!!! Only 2 towels each, eek. In the guide to Perth, it would help to know where
the liquor stores are, how to get food delivered, and where (cheap) parking is available. One bedroom has no window and no aircon. First in best dressed I guess. Having to remove your rubbish to the basement on leaving was just too much when you pay $180 to have the apartment cleaned after 2 days. I'm not used to air bnb, so having to send id and photos was also a bit much. Back to hotels for me, maybe.

The accommodation was clean, the kitchen had extra things like pepper/salt/oil/milk/enough pots and pans, etc. The accommodation was cosy decorated. Really ment to make sure you have a pleasant stay!

Owner is very strict and is very particular about towels and keys. Only had one set of keys which in inconvenient with two couples.

loved the apartment. It was very well fitted out and comfortable. great view of the city
only thing that was frustrating was the parking situation. Perth CBD is very difficult for parking as public car parks are not 24/7 access and street parking is very limited.

Could have been cleaner..... felt like the beds had only had the sheets changed, floors barely vacuumed, I vacuumed the floors myself as I felt they hadn't been done. Same with showers?

close to the city - very convenient
No air conditioner or fan in the second bedroom - children needed to sleep on lounge room floor as it was too hot in the bedroom. Bed sheets were poor quality

This apartment had everything, it was exceptionally clean, very modern, had everything we needed and to top it off a stunning view.

The location was perfect so we could walk every where.
The apartment was clean and the views were amazing.
Having just one double bed in the second bedroom was a hassle. As the boys argued about who would sleep on the blow up mattress on the floor. Two single beds would have been perfect
