Great property in a wonderful complex. Checked all the boxes for us! We would love to come back!!

My family visited in early March for our Spring Break! The weather was a tad chilly the first day but the heated pools and hot tubs made up for it and gave us an excuse to check out all the amenities Portofino had to offer! The blow up adventure area was perfect for our kids (13 year old and 7 year old)! My son even found a hermit crab, highlight of his trip! We went to the Boardwalk almost every night for dinner! It was easy to door dash food in as well (we are the type that do not cook on vacay). The condo was beautiful, especially the master bathroom! The views were 5 stars! I was nervous being so high up with a 7 year old but after a few days I felt more comfortable with him being on the balcony! We would 100 percent come back! The 13 hour drive was worth it!

It was really cool being able to see the Gulf and the bay from the balcony. The tv was hard to figure out but we were pretty busy getting things ready for Momma's 93rd b'day. Beds were very comfortable. Pillows were very thick and kinda hard but I loved them.... hubby didn't. Jacuzzi tub was very nice! Kitchen had everything. Thanks Karon.

First time on Pensacola beach Loved it & will be back !!

My husband and I enjoyed this unit so much. It has the best gulf views. The rest of our family stayed throughout the resort for a wedding we were there to attend and the complex was more than generous to over 40 of us.. We will definitely return!

The property was clean and beautiful, and the sunsets off the balcony were spectacular. 10/10 would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at this Portofino condo and did not want to leave. The view is amazing. The owner is very friendly and responsive. We love the facilities Portofino offers and it makes it possible to have a great time whether at the great pools, beach, spa or workout facility.

We stayed 3 nights in a two bedroom condo. The condo was beautiful and spotless, the view was amazing. We had plenty of room to sleep and play games and spend time as a family and the beach was beautiful and easy to access.

Condo was as advertised in all respects. Only problem was ice maker in fridge seemed to freeze up on third day and stop ice production. We would rent again in future.

We stayed here for our 7 year anniversary. The location is quiet, but close to dining which is what we were looking for! The condo was very spacious and the views of both the ocean and bay were amazing! The sunsets were breath taking. Looking forward to returning next year!

We loved our stay at Portifino Island Resort. After a long day at the beach, we were so happy to come back to the condo to rest and relax. It had everything we needed and the personal touches like the welcome wine and snacks were so kind and thoughtful. We found ourselves on the balcony a majority of the time. WOW! The view was perfect as we could see a nice stretch of the Gulf side of the island and a smaller but beautiful view of the sound side. The tower is so close the Gulf side and is such an easy walk. It’s also close to the trolly stop. I was afraid that the walk from our tower to the Lifestyle Center and Sound side would be a hike, but the resort is laid out in such a way that you can get wherever you want with a short walk. We hardly left the resort at all! We didn’t use the tower pool but it always looked clean. The Lifestyle pool was busy but still enjoyable and the waitstaff made sure we had what we needed. Overall we loved the condo and resort so much and will definitely be back!

Portofino as always is great, beautiful beaches, multiple nice pools. Well furnished condo, equipped with coffee maker, full set of dishes and pots, just wished electric grill on the balcony worked.

Great view and comfortable bed. It was nice to see and hear the gulf waves from the balcony. The wine and basket of treats were a very nice welcome. We hope to return to Portofino next Spring.

The properties at Portofino are lovely, close to the beach, have stunning views, and are well designed for beach goers. This unit is on the 18th floor and has gorgeous views of both the beach and the sound from the balcony. The beach is just a quick walk across the street. This end of Pensacola Beach was quieter and calmer than the sections close to all the attractions, which was exactly what we were looking for. The apartment has tile throughout, which is perfect for this environment. The kitchen is well stocked with every pot, pan, and utensil you might need (though there are no spices, including salt and pepper, so bring your own!). We were here on a less crowded week of the year, so can’t say what it’s like during peak season, but overall, this was a lovely location, and we would definitely stay here again!

We've rented at Portofino 4-5 times over the last 15 years and here are the pros and cons. Pros: Great location, beaches aren't crowded during the week. Breathtaking view. Peaceful, Great staff ( very accommodating and professional). Nice welcome accents in the unit; chocolate, bottle of wine, snacks, etc. Cons: Local traffic on weekends is a nightmare getting anywhere to eat or off/on the island. Towers are starting to show their age. Our unit wasn't very clean, the guest bedroom needs a new mattress and certain pieces of furniture need replaced.

We absolutely loved our stay at Portofino and especially this unit. The owner took great care to make us feel welcome. The beds were super comfy and the view was amazing! I loved the layout of the condo which allowed access to the balcony and views from both bedrooms and the living area. The resort itself was well kept and the amenities were awesome. Plus it’s right on the beach! We did the dolphin cruise and saw TONS of dolphins. My daughter was ecstatic! The wine on the counter and the snack basket were such kind and generous touches. All around an amazing stay! We will definitely look up your destin property too!! Thank you so much for a wonderful place to spend our vacation!

We rented Karon’s placed last year and enjoyed it yet again this year. The view is simply spectacular; beds are comfortable; there’s lots of room to relax; and the kitchen is fully stocked with every imaginable item you need. And the beach is so terrific.

This was our 3rd stay at this condo and again could not be more pleased. This is next best thing to a home away from home. No need to detail any issues as everything about this condo, facility, location is perfect as far as we are concerned. Thank you so much!!
