My kids absolutely loved the galaga/ pac-man and the bunk beds. Would absolutely stay again! Walking distance to boulder bay and super short drive to restaurants

It was a spontaneous getaway and we spotted this lovely condo. Spaces enough for 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 preteens. The living room and kitchen and dining table was cozy. Bonus, my son and husband love the mini Galaga machine. After a long day of skiing, it’s father and son bonding time. My daughter and I just love playing cards and puzzles. Since it was spontaneous, I never receive an email to confirm my booking from the owner, maybe due bad internet connection. However, VRBO assistant quickly connected us and everything went smoothly right before check in. Communication through VRBO apps messages was a lot quicker to receive. Owner is super nice and friendly. We’ll return again soon. ❤️

Me, my husband and our teenage daughter loves everything about this condo. From the coziness, to the separate bedrooms for privacy along with the family room for family time. This was our first time staying in the mountains and the location was just perfect. Look no further, this condo was a home away from home! And Mario responded to our questions and concerns at such a timely fashion.

I'm hesitant to give a review as it definitely wouldn't be a 5-star review. In the hospitality business, stars have to do with the HOSPITALITY one feels when they visit their accommodation. You not only didn't make us feel "special" as your guests, you made us feel a burden to you...no propane, no coffee filters, no way to get the fire started, the sliding doors also didn't work so the place was drafty, so the forced air heater set at 69 degrees was constantly running... the second bedroom was hot at night while the living room was cold. You are not a good provider of hospitality as it seems you are mainly thinking of yourself... and your profits...sorry I'd never stay here again.

Communication with the property manager is excellent; he's very responsive. The condo is a little outdated, but very clean and a nice place to stay. It was perfect for myself, my husband, and our 2 teenage boys. Never having been to Big Bear before, we weren't sure how this location would be. If you're ok with needing to drive to everywhere you want to go, it's fine. I can see how it might be problematic when the town is really busy because there's only one main road to get through town and Boulder Bay is at the far end, so if traffic backs up, it could take a while to get where you want to go. It wasn't a problem during our stay, but just a warning if you're going when it might be more crowded. Overall, a 5-star rating from us!

Was not able to stay, we're declined at the last minute with no explanation. We were already on our way and had to find last minute accommodations which of course came at a higher price. Communication would have solved the issues and would have allowed us to make another plan.....disappointed.

Great location, near by liquor store and park with scenery. Unit is very clean. The only down side is listing stated 5 beds, but only 3 beds on site.

Had such an enjoyable time. The condo was so homey and was very clean. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice comfortable place to stay.

I took my kids up to the snow for the first time and this place was perfect! The living room has high ceilings and ample space to watch tv, cuddle and play games. The kids loved the bunk bed and the extra soft blankets. Parking is easy and is on flat land and you are seconds away from the lake which offers amazing views!

We traveled to big bear for a weekend away and enjoyed our stay. Quiet location. My teens liked the hot tub and vintage video game console. Plenty of blankets and heater to keep warm. Kitchen was sufficient if you don’t plan to make gourmet meals. Thanks for the visit.

Very easy check in and checkout. Came just as advertised and the pool was great. Everyone seemed pretty respectful of the quiet hours. (With 4 kids under 5 we were probably the loudest ones around) and the kitchen was fully stocked which was really helpful.

So my family basically wanted to utilize this condo as a sleeping grounds so we’re able to meet up with other family in the area but we were all so impressed with how clean and homey it was, making it hard to leave at any given moment because we were just so cozy, felt like home. All six and a half of us between ages 15-38 with an infant were worried about it being too small but there was just enough room for all of us to be close, yet not annoyed or elbow to elbow with one another. The pool was cool and the hot tub was amazing with working jets and heat. It was a little warm but there is two separate porch areas and sliding glass doors to let cool air circulate all throughout the condo. Bring your broom if you like to keep tidy, a smaller spatula if needed for cooking, and propane for bbq. Overall the perfect experience. Had everything you need to bbq, cook, bake, warm up, cool off food. Would stay again, absolutely! It was the perfect location, minutes away from peace and quiet lake and or busy party nights with the locals at bars/karaoke

This property is located next to a beautiful park and water. Communication was great and clear on what to expect and do for check in and out. Super easy process. Clean, comfortable and accommodating!
