The cute themed individual cabins gave everyone the privacy they needed and the pits were very handy for all our meals. Proximity to the river was great!

Our cabin was wonderful!!! Very cozy and inviting. We booked cabin to take our grandsons on their first river float. Just a short walk from the Comal river and to downtown. Will definitely stay here again for our next float on the Comal.

The property is a cute "community" of different themed mini cabins right next to the Comal river. The cabin we stayed in was perfectly clean when we arrived and had everything we needed to make for a great weekend. The location is perfect as it is right next to Texas Tubes (which is what I was looking for and how I found the property) where you can easily rent tubes and shuttle transport for a day of floating down the Comal. It is also walking distance into town where there are a plethora of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, etc. to choose from. The host was very responsive to messages. I would recommend this stay to anyone traveling to New Braunfels and would definitely stay again myself.

This was our first time to visit New Braunfels and float the Comal river. These cabins were great for our group, from the ease of booking the property, communication with the owner and the cleanliness of the cabins, our stay was so enjoyable. I cannot recommend these cabins highly enough. I’m looking forward to returning next year and staying here again. Thank you, Veronica.

We had a great weekend at the RR cabin. Decor was so cute and the property was so convenient to the river and downtown eateries. Host was very accommodating after I requested the wrong cabin, Veronica graciously allowed me to change cabins on the booking app without a cancellation charge.

The cabin was exactly what you see in the pictures. It was very clean and an awesome size for a weekend getaway! We really enjoyed our stay and we will be booking again in the future!

These cabins were perfect for our group! One adult and three kiddos (13,6,6) Convenient location to downtown and to float the Comal River. Decorated very cute, all of the basic necessities you need and nice and clean. Would definitely rent again!

This is our fav property we have stayed at during our annual Comal River float. The ease of check in was amazing! Communication with Veronica couldn’t have been better! Our cabin was SO cute, well stocked with everything we needed and our patio with comfy chairs and a picnic table was perfect! The best thing about this spot is the location! No loading up the car and driving to a tube rental or launch site! Just a 3min walk down the hill to Texas Tubes was great and even better the short walk back to the cabin after a 4hr float (and a few adult beverages!) was safe and easy!! We are already looking at our calendars to book next year and can’t wait to stay again!! And I almost forgot all the adorable baby deer eating from the bird feeder and strolling between the cabins! We had so much fun watching them we didn’t even think to take pictures!!

I don’t think there are words for this experience. It was a slice of all Gods grace in one tiny place! 12 minutes to just about anywhere including Downtown Gruene! Take me out to the dancehall….the Texas Tubes was less than a minute and the float was 2.5-3 hours. The cabin was cozy; Railroad themed- well decorated, had AC, all the items you could need. Including bug spray and fly-swatter on the porch! While sitting in the porch (facing the tracks) I encountered nature up close (pics and videos attach 🤞🏻) Veronica was so nice and personable. She was available and quickly responded to any question or concern. My family will be back to this property. It met all our needs and wants. Such a nice place.

The property was the perfect proximity to Texas Tubes and getting access to float the river. We stayed in Cabin #5 and our friends stayed in the big yellow house and blue houses in front. The kitchen is super small so we were very happy to have access to friends' houses and communal gatherings with them at the bigger houses. We would totally recommend getting together with friends and staying here. It's perfect! Our kids are little so the pullout couch worked perfect for them. I probably wouldn't recommend for family of 4 with teens, especially for longer than just a couple of days. It's definitely possible, though.

Perfectly clean. Exactly what husband and I needed to enjoy a weekend on the Comal. Texas Tubes is a few steps away and can rent tubes to float the river from them with so much convenience. Short drive away to shopping ans cafe’s in downtown New Braunfels. We can’t wait to come back.

Nice property . Little to small to fit a family . Decor was really nice . Cameras on back yard made us feel as your being watch . Don't recommend for family stay unless its 3 in the family. Beautiful facility. Very tiny .

The property owner has made these cabins into the sweetest, cleanest, most enjoyable and comfortable places to stay. She was very helpful with any other needs we had and was so nice. We had the best weekend and we can’t wait to come back and rent from her!

These little train cars/cabins are perfect for a family of 4! We stayed with our teen son to float the River. It was the perfect spot right by Texas Tubes to float on the Comal. Will be booking this location again!

We loved our stay in Cabin 5! My family of 4 adored the look and most importantly the comfort. We were even able to check in early, which allowed us to get settled in flbefore a round of thunderstorms. A quick walk to Texas Tubes for floating and super close to lots of places to take the family. The cabin was cozy and cool after being outdoors. We even spotted deer having our morning coffee on the patio. Can't wait to return with more friends next time! Thanks Veronica for being so sweet and hospitalable!

This place is highly recommended. we stayed in number 5 and every day had a big group of deer visiting us. the owner brought us deer corn to feed them. I even got one deer to eat out of my hand. the place is perfect.. Veronica is so sweet and honest. I can't wait to come back..
