Great stay - worked perfectly for our family. Love the house! Thanks for having us!

My husband and I live in Vero Beach and we booked the property for family/guests (young adults) who were coming for the Easter weekend. The location is lovely: on a sand and shell-lined street across the street from the beach. There is a little putting green on the property that they enjoyed, as well. The property is two units with separate/private entrances (3 bedrooms up and one down), which I did not understand when I booked, but it worked for our group. The upstairs has an especially bright and happy feel, with large windows around the back wall of the kitchen and large wood deck off the kitchen. Because the unit is surrounded by mature trees, it feels like being perched in an aerie. Beautiful. While we did not have time to get to the beach, the large basket of rolled beach towels was very thoughtful! The homeowners are fastidious about cleanliness -- bathrooms and the entire property was spotless when our guests arrived. We look forward to booking again for our family and friends.

House was perfect location for what we needed to gather for Christmas. Perfect setup with the separate apartment downstairs for my parents. Plenty of space and owner was very accommodating and communicated well. Even though it was cold still walked to beach and enjoyed the beautiful scenery and area of Vero Beach. Had a great time.

Worked out well for a family of adults

The room at the bottom of the outside stairs was great for our guest who brought his dog. Lots of beach erosion and limited beach access due to recent hurricane, but still beautiful!

Very relaxing. Plenty of room. Short walk to non crowded beach. Had everything we needed. Gravel roads, mature trees/foliage and unique houses a nice alternative to manicured, regulated condo complexes.

We were a family group , the bedrooms worked out great with the grandparents staying in the ground floor apartment. The kitchen was sunny and well stocked, there was plenty of space everywhere. The walk to the beach was down and short road and over A1A. There was a wagon on property that helped with taking chairs and coolers down to the beach. We also rented a pontoon boat in Sebastian, I recommend that for a great family activity. I would recommend this for a nice beach stay!

This was a great property for my large family to use as a “base camp” during an even larger family gathering in Vero Beach. The kitchen was very well appointed which was very helpful for food prep. The living space was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the abundance of bath & beach towels. Access to the beach was super easy. My only observation for improvement would be a sleeper-sofa in first floor space to allow for 1-2 more guests.

My husband and I are local to the area but we booked this property because we had family coming to town and weren’t able to accommodate them ourselves. The rental was okay, but the property could use some attention from the owners. The location was perfect, and the check-in process was easy. There were a some things we were not satisfied with: 1. There wasn’t any dish soap or laundry detergent despite the property having a full kitchen and washing machine and dryer. There also wasn’t any extra toilet paper, and only a few trash bags which we ran out of. I ended up running home to get toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dish soap; but for someone that is visiting from out of town and not able to do that, they would need to go to the store to buy those things. 2. The wood deck is rotting because it doesn’t appear to be treated lumber. It’s a beautiful area, but we didn’t really feel comfortable using the space for that reason. 3. There were some items that were not well taken care of. Examples include: rusted beach chairs, rusted bike chains on the bikes, rusted can opener in the kitchen (made it very difficult to use), rust on washing machine (where softener is added), and a golfball size hole in the flooring downstairs between the bedroom and living room. 4. Kitchen Issues: There isn’t a garbage disposal which was inconvenient. The dishwasher’s heated dry did not work, and it was not bolted into the wall so the weight of the rack being pulled out would cause it to lean forward. The wine cooler did not work…temperature in the 70s and 80s. 5. The recycling bin was full when we arrived and remained full our entire stay. I believe this was because whenever the property owner/manager came to wheel them to the street, it was not facing the correct direction and therefore was not picked up. Given the choice, we probably would not book this property again.

All information was available when selecting best place for family beach vacation. Plenty of room for kids and grandkids to stay. Private beach entrance was awesome and everyone was so nice. We did sunrise every morning and crabing at night. House was perfect! Thank you!!!

We loved this vacation house and area. For our family, beach access and a quiet beach where you can have your own space are super important, and this area delivered. The house was spacious, there is an apartment downstairs for privacy if you have two groups, but easy to mix if you want. We had an issue first night with AC, the owner had someone over that night, no other issues. Street was gravel/unpaved but that was not an issue for us, there are many similar streets in the area. The only concern the house was advertised as having a fenced yard, and the front was fenced, but the back was heavy vegetation and I did not feel we could see a secure enough fence to leave our dog loose in the yard. Sebastian and Vero Beach had all we needed for dining out. Quiet, beautiful area.

Clean and stocked with everything you'll need to prepare for family meals if you choose to eat in. Outdoor spaces were lovely too! Quiet area. Very tropical and a short walk to the beach. While you must cross A1A, it's really not a busy road. There are stairs down to the beach. Hosts were very communicative and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay

They have thought of everything from a fire pit to putt putt golf and especially a large kitchen and a beautiful large outdoor deck where we all hung out everyday. We never ran out of beach towels or bath towels. This cute place kept everyone busy and we were never bored. Our 2 pups really enjoyed the dog friendly beach as well. We even did a hiking trail with our pups which was really nice just right down the road called Captain Forster Hammock Preserve. We enjoyed cooking and grilling every night of our stay. House was perfect for 3 adult couples and 2 children. Lots of extras there for convenience. Beach chairs, towels and more. Owner was extremely responsive to one small issue and it was resolved within a few hours. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay and found the property well appointed and very clean. It was great to have access to beach towels, bikes and beach chairs. The property owners were very communicative and responsive to our unique special needs during our vacation. The great feature of this location, while it is on the East Riverside, it is a short walk to the private beach and to the grill/grocery store.

My wife, 2 adult children and their spouses thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and the accommodations. The house was very clean, and the host was very easy to reach. Everything that really mattered was excellent. The only things that could have been improved to fit our expectations was the outside areas with the fire pit and putting green. This area, in my opinion needed some help, plus the fence was down between the courtyard and the neighbor which was not attractive at all. I’m sure the fence will be replaced which will help. The beach was easy to access and the owner had everything we needed from chairs to a cart to roll all of our stuff the sand. We didn’t realize we had to cross the main 2 lane road to access the beach though. Still not bad, just thought it was going to be a little different. We would definitely return to this house if we vacation in that area again and I recommend this place.

We really enjoyed staying here - wonderful and relaxing treehouse setting, close proximity to the beach, easy access to everything Wabasso and Vero Beaches have to offer. We would stay here again.

We had a great time in this lovely house! Full of light and surrounded by greenery, and a quick stroll to a great private beach. Would definitely stay again!

A nicely renovated rustic house real close to the beach. We didn’t realize the 4th bedroom was in separate living quarters on the ground floor but it worked well for my daughter and son in law. Very private with lots of woods. This house has been recently updated with a nice beach vibe but neighborhood in transition.
