We loved our stay at Villa Patricia. The villa is finished to a very high standard with a well equipped kitchen. It was great having the various seating options. Our stay would have been more comfortable with air conditioning in the bedrooms, but we did have fans provided. Also, it is not clear you can’t park at the property, you can drive up for loading and unloading, but parking is outside the gated community, which isn’t clear. It’s about a 150m walk, which didn’t bother us, but people with disability might not find this villa appropriate. Overall, an amazing stay and definitely one of the best villas we’ve stayed on the island. We will be back.

Just returned from a 10 night stay. Villa Patricia is beautiful, spotless clean and well equipped. The pool and outside area is amazing! Patricia is a fabulous host, great communication and very helpful.

Just returned from a lovely 14 night break at Villa Patricia with my wife, teenage son and parents. The property had all the necessary amenities to make it feel like home. A car is recommended to get out and about; Marina Rubicon is approximately 3-4mins drive away whilst the main town is roughly the same time again beyond the marina. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Patricia. The villa was spotlessly clean, very luxurious and in a perfect location for the local amenities. Such generous hosts - Patricia made our 20th wedding anniversary really special with a thoughtful gift. We would definitely book to stay here again.

Traveling as a family with two young children the villa had everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and the utility room is a bonus. The pool is the right size and the outdoor seating is very good quality. There is plenty of space indoor and outdoor and you could easily have 6 persons at this villa. The location was perfect as it was a 20 minute walk to the marina making it quiet but close to amenities. Excellent stay and would highly recommend villa and host!

Villa was clean and accurately represented in the pictures. No air conditioning but fans provided if needed. Kitchen well equipped and nice BBQ area. Outside seating areas and garden were lovely. Location quiet other than a few barking dogs (not a huge issue) - restaurants, small supermarkets and beaches walkable in 20-25 minutes. Overall a good week's stay in a modern, well furnished villa.

luxuriöse Pool-Villa in ruhiger Lage
wir haben uns in dieser Villa mit einer ungewöhnlich größzügigen Ausstattung sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Ausstattung der Schlafräume und Bäder ist luxuriös. Der Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin vorort war bei einigen Fragen vorzüglich.
Der Fußmarsch zu den 800 m entfernt gelegenen Bars und Restaurants ist allerdings für sehr alte Menschen oder Menschen mit Behindeung nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen. Da ist ein Auto ungedingt notwendig.

Absolut empfehlenswert!
Wir (Ehepaar) verbrachten 3 Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus und es war kein Tag zu viel! Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und geräumig und es fehlt an nichts. Der Garten mit Pool ist wunderschön angelegt und der Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Wir unternahmen viele Ausflüge und erkundeten mit unserem Mietauto die gesamte Insel. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit Patricia klappte wunderbar und alle notwendigen Informationen waren präzise und umfassend. Vielen Dank Patricia!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt!
Das Haus ist wie beschrieben, sehr modern, gut ausgestattet und komfortabel. Sauber, bequeme Betten, sehr gute Küchenausstattung. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über die Nespressomaschine. Der Pool war angenehm beheizt, die Garteneinrichtung sehr umfangreich und hochwertig.
Für 4 Personen ist das Haus ideal. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen, genau das was wir suchten.
Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und hilfreich.

La casa es espectacular, decorada con mucho gusto y muy funcional.
Está a pocos minutos de la zona de Papagayo, sin duda, una de las playas más hermosas que se pueden visitar. La casa es muy cómoda, moderna y con estilo. Zona tranquila y cercana a zonas de restauración, ocio y del Parque Nacional de Timanfaya. ¡¡¡ ESPECTACULARES VACACIONES!!!!

Tasteful, immaculate villa.
Villa Patricia is an immaculate, well-appointed and well-equipped villa. The heated pool is very welcome and the views and quiet surroundings really help to make a perfect restful holiday. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the teenagers loved the wifi and access to their own Netflix via the fabulous flat screen tv. The kitchen has everything you need and great laundry room. We would definitely look forward to another visit.
