1. bedsheet and blanket were dirty and not changed, I don’t know since when. this is disgusting specially when we have gone through COVID-19 since last couple of years. 2. switches were broken and nobody cared to repair them. 3. washbasin in toilet was sticking and water drain wasn’t clear. 4. there were no toiletries in washroom. Not even soap for hand wash 5. cleanliness steps mentioned for this hotel on Booking app were all false 6. it was not at all ready for occupancy
