The location is fantastic and very easy to get everywhere in the city. Clean and comfortable space.

The stairs to the fifth floor could be tiring and with a large suitcase it was quite difficult to get up there. Also, the hot water wasn't working but that's an easy fix and could very well have been my own error!

I hope that you can provide a broom and dust pan so we can at least sweep the floors.

This home is perfect for a family, it is close to the station and shops which makes it incredibly easy to get everywhere you want to go. The apartment is tidy and all house instructions are very clear and helpful. If you come with a family there are a few great parks a short walk away. We excited to be staying here again soon.

Nothing, the locals are amazing and this is such a great area.

Cozy and clean, had all the amenities needed to be comfortable. Location was the best part, right next to Komagome station.

The Komagome property itself was well equipped, just nice for us 1 adult and 2 kids. Owner was always responsive and prompt. The access was by a passcode, so check in and check out were easy. Great location, near to the Komagome Station, convenient store where we had our luggage sent by courier on the last day, and supermarket for daily needs just around the corner. An Asia mini store was just next door too, so we conveniently bought some halal meat and additional ingredients needed for cooking.

We got a unit on the 4th floor, and should have requested the unit on the 2nd floor as the stairs were narrow and steep, plus with all the big, heavy luggage we had, it was a horrible experience bringing up and down our luggage on our 1st and last day of stay as I was a mom with 2 girls age 10 and 14. Other than that, the power point for the aircons kept on tripped even though we avoided usage of other appliances at the same time. Luckily the DB box was in the unit itself, so we could put them up back every time they tripped. Control of water heater temperature in the bathroom was also a nuisance as it was kinda volatile between too hot and too cold.
