Nothing

There was no towel, linen was filthy. I asked for towel and they kept telling me that they dont have any because all of them are in laundary. Toilet was no clean. I complained more than 5 times but they didnt want to help and more than 5 times I was asked how much I paid. When I asked for breakfast they denied to serve that but after telling them that I have included breakfast in my package, they gave me half uncooked parathas. I am highly disappointed.

The only meal I had was inedible.

The staff is lazy and unhelpful with no grace or manners. I had to change rooms twice. The AC did not work in one room. There was no hot water for three days and despite my requesting for it, there was no apology or concern. Upon insistence, they started bringing hot water in a bucket but not at the time asked for. Either it was late and reminders had to be sent or it was brought early so that it became cold by the time it was actually needed. The manager had the temerity to say it didn't matter if I wrote a bad review. There was no Wi-Fi for the entire duration of my stay. Staff had to be constantly reminded to refill drinking water.
