Great Location to stay just outside of the city, but still very easy to access by Uber. Everything you may need for a longer duration stay. Very clean any everything we expected. Be prepared for a lot of stairs.

Came here with family and friends to visit my son who lives in Nashville. Place was perfect for what we needed. Spacious and clean and we didn’t mind the steps at all. We had one little plumbing issue but it was taken care of quickly. Quick Uber ride to downtown.

We rented this house for a Bachelorette weekend for one of my good friends and it was a group of 7 of us. It was the perfect space for us, but if you do not like a lot of steps that is something to keep in my mind because it is a lot of steps to walk up and down. Otherwise, beautiful, and awesome property! Thanks for everything!

Condo was nice and spacious. Location was great! Could use a fresh coat of paint and tv in one of the bedrooms didn’t work. There are a lot of steps. We would definitely stay here again.

I did try to contact the owner before our stay with a question I had about our luggage. I sent 3 different emails over the course of 2 weeks and never received a response. House was clean and enough room for all of us. In one of the upstairs bedrooms, the bed linens on the pillows appeared as though they might not have been changed out since the last guests. Luckily we brought our own pillowcases so it wasn't an issue. I will say there seemed to be a sparce supply of towels for each bed/bath and only dishrags in the kitchen, no towels for drying. The stairs are a beast! Overall it was a good stay.

Not only was our property manager friendly and timely in her correspondence, her rental is amazing! Details like coffee pods and facial cleaners are not missed. The location is an easy trip to all of the action on Broadway and walkable to fast food options up the road. I highly recommend this spot. We enjoyed celebrating our sister’s 50th birthday playing lots of games at the big table and enjoying our time together. Thank you! Ages ranged from 15-82!

We were in town for a softball tournament, some downtown fun and concert at the Ryman - the location was perfect for our needs.

Overall a good experience

We were a party of 8 visiting Nashville for a family wedding. The property was perfect for our family. We enjoyed making breakfast there several mornings and noticed that coffee pods were stocked…which was nice. There was a nice grocery store close by and even a nail salon right down the street. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Check in was delayed bc staff was still cleaning when they left they hadn’t finished laundry for bedding or towels so we had to dry two loads and fold on their behalf. Property was not the cleanest. Internet connectivity was an issue.

Lovely home, nice amount of space for 7 adults. Quiet and clean. While we didn’t mind the stairs, not the place for those who can’t do a couple flights!

Nothing but wonderful things to say about this property. It was clean, well kept and practical for us. We stopped in Nashville for a few days on our way home to Canada from Florida with our two children and my in-laws. Not only was there plenty of room for all of us, we didn’t feel crowded. The property was also thoughtfully stocked with items like coffee, sugar, paper towel and toilet paper, etc. Additionally we had access to Netflix and other streaming programs that our kids enjoy during quiet/nap times. No other property we have stayed at on the past has felt as homey. Check in and check out was easy and seamless, and the property manager was friendly, helpful and easy to get in touch with. Would definately recommend

Property was great and fit our needs for 2 couples. Positives: Beautiful Space, Open Floor Plan for common area (kitchen and living room), King Bed with in-suite bathrooms for 2 couples, and the covered car area was a life saver with the rain storms that happened while we were there. There is quite a lot of stairs. If traveling with someone who struggles with stairs, this would NOT be a rental you would enjoy. Only recommendation for the property owners -- the water filter in the refrigerator is expired and needs to be replaced.

We were visiting with another couple. The townhome was perfect for our needs with 2 private king bed suites. Property manager was responsive to our inquiries and even suggested some things we might like to do.

We loved the space and the carport to park our rental under. It was the perfect place for our girl’s trip! (Especially the 3.5 bathrooms!!)

Southern Comfort is a very clean and well stocked condo. Nice area and close to attractions and eateries. Plenty of room for everyone for our family girls trip. There is lots of stairs, so it is not suitable for everyone. The only complaint I have is that I sent a couple of emails with an important question to the provided email address and I never got a response.

My husband & I rented this property for 6 adults celebrating a 40th birthday in Nashville & everyone loved it. The location was easy to access & in a location close to many necessities (grocery, quick food, liquor stores). Short ride to downtown & Ubers arrived very quickly every time. House was very clean, spacious, & well-stocked! The 1 time I had a question for the owner, I got a quick & helpful response: We all indicated this would be 1st choice in a return trip. Can’t go wrong here!

Our family was in Nashville for our daughter’s dance competition at the Gaylord; we were 10 minutes away; this made it so easy to go back and forth. The place was amazing and beautiful.

Visited Nashville with group of 7 women. Check in process was very simple, good communication from property owner. Neighborhood was safe, walking distance to E Nashville restaurants. Location is short Uber from downtown Nashville. Ubers very easy to get. Very clean property. Nice rooms, bathrooms. Only wish it had more of a patio for group to hang out outdoors.

The property was clean nicely decorated and comfortable. We were able to check in & out with ease, easliy able to navigate the city and close to everything.
