Great facility, Canopy hotels are always great to stay at. The room was spacious with plenty of storage space for bags. Room was clean and comfortable.

The staff just went through the motions, valet staff especially were hard to find and not very helpful. Bar in common area had very limited operating hours which was inconvenient. Some of the furniture in the room was already chipped, cracked. Nothing major or dangerous, just noticeable.

Breakfast is overpriced and small for the cost.

Front desk staff were nice as well as the valet. Very nice hotel. Front desk assisted by letting me borrow a charger for the night for my phone. The bartender was nice.

The WIFI connection was horrible. Many of the food selections I ordered, you were out of.

The location for us was the best part of our stay.

Hated the parking situation. NO access to the building from the garage, had to walk a block and a half in 100+ heat to get to the lobby, had to pay for parking whether it was valet or self park. Everything is done electronically on your cell phone. Not much actual interaction with the staff because their faces were always in their phones inputting information. We also didn’t care for the restroom set up with the sliding glass door. No microwave to warm up your coffee if needed. The covers were so thick and heavy you’ll sweat, even with the thermostat turned down to 67!

The breakfast was over priced, the room had carpet stains, the phone was very dirty (caked up brown stuff and dust bunnies). I didn’t feel confident that the sheets were clean.

Overpriced. Ac did not work at all. Switched rooms. $25 parking fee daily. Furniture was very uncomfortable. No breakfast - you have to pay if you want. Most likely would not recommend or come back

We loved the front desk lady. She made our stay so enjoyable. Will return next time we are in town!
