High quality. Clean. Professional. Superb location. Restaurants behind the hotel are excellent. Great place to go for either business or fun.

Great hotel. However, I felt that the gym was lacking. Considering how much time and money the hotel puts into it's hotel entrance and the superb sitting area in the lobby, I felt it should take better care of its gym. The gym felt ignored.

Great location, friendly staff, beautiful facilities. We also left a coat behind mistakenly and they reached out with their Lost and Found service.

Our TV didn't work but we only tried using it the morning of our departure. Also, one of the most uncomfortable beds and pillows I've ever slept on in my life. We also had a luggage cart with 2 flat tires.

no tub. rooms not cleaned daily. when requested towels they were just set on the table and not put up and no coffee added and had to call for that as well

The breakfast was delicious,, the staff was friendly, the facility was clean and beautiful., and the pool was nice

Clean, fairly modern rooms. Staff always check in to make sure everything was ok. Room service was optional and so no COVID risk. Starbucks in the hotel - easy access in the am. Bar staff and front desk staff were very friendly

No tea kettle or water boiler in the room for tea, just a coffee machine

bed was comfortable. good size room

dirty. scratched. mold. dirty pool and whirlpool. no coffee until Starbucks opens at 6:30. and none at 5:30 and later in evening. unless you count the single cup you can make in room.
