Absolutely terrible experience. No water for 3 hours and no A/C for 12, making the stay unbearable. Furniture was falling apart with cracked surfaces and wobbly chairs. Only one elevator token provided, and the staff at check-in only spoke Spanish, causing communication issues. The pool was closed, and getting to the gym felt like entering a prison—through the basement and a delivery area for photos. Half the elevators didn’t even work with the fob. The corridors were tacky, with cheap $1 tiles, yellow paint, and the lowest-quality carpets. On top of that, valet parking was mandatory, with no in-and-out access. A complete disaster, not worth a cent.

Location was great as close to lots of restaurants and bars. Facilities on the resort were very good. We especially enjoyed the free classes and the large swimming pool. The restaurant served good food and were very friendly. We enjoyed our beds which were very comfy and the apartment was a great size.

We didn't like the attitude from the host There was only one shower working and we had to wait several minutes for hot water to run. The batteries stopped working on the door so we could't get in. The curtains could not be pulled aside. The coffee machine didn't work. The fobs kept having to be reprogrammed in the basement. I had to do this 3 times in one week,. The quality and feel of the apartment was not good. It needed updating in several places.

The toilets are absolutely horrible. You really need to replace these. I have to flush like 5 times. The shower water pressure is horrible too.

The View and Location.

The host we received the keys from didn’t speak English and left us sitting outside of unit. She would not help us. She kept saying I don’t speak English. At 10:30 am the next day the host was sitting outside of the unit waiting for us to leave. Check out is at 11. On the outside deck there was a big box of trash and a broken toilet.

I loved everything about it , the view is beautiful room was beautiful
