- La relación ubicacion/precio. Aunque no es zona bonita para caminar de noche, pero con auto ok. Cerca Downtown y Brickell. - Las habitaciones cuentan con cocina y refri. Eso es una ventaja. - la cama King comoda. - Agua caliente y abundante en la ducha - Publix cerca para comprar de todo - Reciben paquetes de compras On line y no te cobran. - Personal escaso pero amable

- Utensilios incompletos en la cocina. No alcanzan los cubiertos ni menaje para 4 huéspedes. ( la reserva era para 4) - Muebles super viejos y maltratados: colchon del sofa roto y super deformado, super incomodo. Muebles gastados. - solo una silla, mas la del escritorio. Dos sillas en la mesa, para 4 huéspedes. - Nunca vimos a nadie de limpieza, en 8 noches nunca llegaron. - Nadie recoge la basura. No hay donde dejarla, los huesoedes la acumulan afuera. - Lo que realmente malogro nuestra estancia: Al llegar reportamos una pequeña inundacion en la habitacion. Un metro cuadrado. Asumiamos del a/c. Ofrecieron repararlo al dia siguiente. Pasaron los diaa y ya se estaba inundando cada vez mas la alfombra frente a la cama. Cada dia habia mas agua, y crecia la zona inundada. Al caminar sobre la alfombra sonaba el charco. Varias veces bajamos a reportarlo. Pero nada. El ultimo dia ya la inundacion cubria todo el lado izquierdo y frente de la cama. Como 3 metros cuadrados. El ultimo dia a la hora del check out llamaron para subir a arreglarlo, asumo que el apuro solo porque les dijimos que no podian entregar la habitación asi a los siguientes huéspedes. Pero para nosotros nunca fue revisado. No había como subir a la cama sin mojarse por el frente ni por el lado de la ventana. El colmo!!!

Très bon rapport qualité/prix avec un emplacement idéal proche de la station de métro Brickell et d'un super marché. Service de voiturier charmants, efficace et abordable. L'espace de sport et la piscine sont modestes mais très serviables et le petit déjeuner tout à fait satisfaisant.

Une kitchenette est à disposition dans les chambres accompagnées d'un réfrigérateur mais aucune table ni chaise disponible pour manger ailleurs que sur la moquette, dommage. Chambre pour 4 mais seulement 3 couverts! Ils louent une chambre à un groupe de filles venues faire la bringue et pousser des hurlements en plein milieu de la nuit juste à côté d'une chambre familiale, pas très chouette. Peut-être pas de leur faute mais pas très réfléchit...

It was a nice place but didn’t like the location

Nice big room. Located in a nice area where we could walk to restaurants, stores and entertainment. The room had everything you would need for an extended stay but wasn’t very clean. The front desk staff wasn’t very friendly. I would have given the hotel a higher rating if the room was cleaner and front desk staff trained in customer service.

Superbe hôtel à 5-10min à pieds du downtown de Miami. Piscine à l'étage principal avec vue extra ! Logement complet très confortable, propre et grand, le tout avec belle vue ! Petit déjeuner complet et agréable, c'était vraiment très bien !

L'entrée piétonne de l'hôtel est assez discrète pour la trouver la première fois mais ce n'est qu'un petit détail au vu de la qualité de l'établissement !

Room size, convenient location for quick overnight stay before taking our cruise.

Our kids' sofa-bed was not made up despite clearly indicating their ages during booking process and also again prior to arrival. But what was incredibly awful was the entire breakfast experience. Not only was the place filthy and practically unattended but also not properly stocked up. Breakfast service was meant to finish at 10am; we walked in at 9.30am; and at 9.45am the waitress basically refused to bring out any more fruit and a simple jug of milk took about 15mins to come out. No cutlery, no napkins, no orange juice... The only waitress who showed some willingness to actually work was completely overwhelmed. I would have literally paid more to stay a few steps down the road at the Novotel should I have known this was the type of hospitality offered at a renowned American hotel brand, such as Hilton.

the staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way specially Ryan we stayed for 3 nights and were with our family of around 14 flying from UK Australia and we are from Canada the room was awesome my son is very tall and the couch helped everyone to sleep comfortably breakfast was also good with a nice spread

The property is well maintained. staff was very friendly and accommodating.

When we checked in on June 1st early morning, there was a clothing sticker on the back of the bathroom door. yesterday we checked in and there was a sticky substance on the carpet that blended well. Everything else was perfect, both situations are an easy overlook.

I had a room facing the main road. Lots of daylight and no road noise. The breakfast is always excellent. The location is also great. Close to a Publix as well as pharmacy. 10 minutes walk to Brickell City center which is great.

Nothing to complain about. All I would say is if you like daylight and privacy, don't opt for the rooms facing South as they are quite close to the building next door.

Very expensive stay. I was charged for dirty bed linen, I am a woman and had my period and feel discriminated.
