свой паркинг 50$, отличная локация, шикарная зона бассейна с хорошим видом на Даунтаун и залив, вкусный ресторан, всё прекрасно, заезжайте, не пожалеете

под дверью балкона безумная грязь + очень странное решение объединить ванную и сам номер (там есть штора, чтобы закрыть, но всё слышно, что присходит в ванной комнате, было бы здорово иметь плотные створки для приватности), но это всё мелочи, как говорится :)

The views are amazing of city and bay. Service very good. Restaurant excellent.

This time the bed was a bit lumpy this time- though bed was comfy last time we stayed! Otherwise was a lovely stay!

What I loved about the property was pretty much everything. It was my first time visiting mandarian oriental and I am still daydreaming. If you dont want to spend a lot of money then this place may not be for you, but if you are looking for a luxury getaway and you can afford a nice stay with good food this place is for you! I’ve lived in Miami for 23 years and I’ve visited brickell key a couple of times and have always eyed M.O. and finally made the booking and I don’t regret making that decision. It’s an experience you shouldn’t miss out on.

I’m not a huge fan that there is “housekeeping” that come into your room while your items are inside. But I am happy to say they have a “privacy “ button on the door if you don’t want them to come in and/or you can have “housekeeping” when you please.

Café da manhã não estava incluso na diária e achei o valor de USD 45,00 por pessoa muito alto pelo que o buffet oferece. Uma dica que fiquei sabendo após o check in, fazendo o cadastro no programa do hotel e desde que a sua reserva tenha sido feita pelo site do hotel, vc ganha direito ao café da manhã e outras vantagens também.

The peaceful atmosphere and location were great. The restaurants on property were amazing and the live music was incredible.

A vista do hotel é realmente linda. Muito gostoso caminhar ao redor da pequena ilha em que ele fica, o bairro de Brickell também é muito agradável de se ficar. O banheiro tem um tamanho muito bom, com espaço e a pressão do chuveiro é ótima.

Éramos 3 num quarto com 2 queens beds. Infelizmente elas eram bem pequenas, pareciam menor do que a média. Também não se atentaram para o fato de que estávamos em 3 (a reserva tinha sido feita há bastante tempo), então não tinham 3 roupões, nem 3 chinelos etc. Cobraram o valor dos deliveries, mesmo os que foram entregues durante a nossa estadia e mal ficaram guardados.

Beautiful location with a vacation feel property. Staff is amazing!

Location is good. All staff is nice, especially the guys in the pool area. Pool is small but very well kept and enjoyable. Rooms very clean, fixed twice a day very nicely. Great sized balcony. We enjoyed sitting out in the evening overlooking the Miami skyline. Overall I recommend and in fact will be back soon.

Beds are a bit small. I was hoping for sizes closer to queen to accommodate two adults more comfortably. Structure a bit aging.

My wife let the luggage open, and somebody from the room service stole some items from her luggage. It never happened to us inside our room. I reported to the hotel, but I am still waiting some answer.
