Beautiful decor. And great location for food, drinks and shopping. Staff was able to accommodate us and our early arrival.

the hotel itself is a bit dated but the location more than makes up for it when you consider the pricing and the only other hotels around. i stay here regularly whenever i have an overnight in Miami and will continue to do so.

The room was perfect; clean and comfortable. Location was also good. Breakfast can be improve with more variety of products; hot and cold, and fruit. For a Hampton by Hilton I would expect a better place for breakfast

For Brickell trip, location is Great, near to all places and metro; quiet street with many services around.

The price, the service and brakfast. It is really unacceptable to charge this level of prices to have cleaning room every two days and a basic breakfast serve in disposable plates in the lobby of the hotel. If that is the Hotel standard and I understand probably the ration, You can not charge those prices. Or at least I highly recommend not to pay for it.

De locatie was goed. Dichtbij de metro mover, een aantal leuke restaurants in de omgeving en een leuk (sport)café naast het hotel.

Tried to contact them via email to ask for early check-in, I got the answer 5 days later after we already left... but we got the early check-in anyway

The Location at downtown Bricknell was amazing accessing to some good eateries and aracades around the location.

Location and breakfast were great

At checkout, the front desk woman charged my card that was on file before asking whether we wanted to use that card for the full payment or a different card. The bill was to be split between two people on two different cards but she was too fast to process it without asking.

Nos encantó todo, desde el check in hasta el check out. En el área del desayuno nos complacieron preparándonos un desayuno especial la Sra. Luz nos trató muy bien. Lo recomiendo al máximo. Las muchachas del check in nos orientaron de la transportación y como debíamos movernos para tratar de verlo casi todo en 3 días. Lugar tranquilo y bien céntrico. Excelente lo recomiendo al 200%

We knew what to expect as we stayed here about 20 years ago. Not much has changed! The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Good shower with plenty of hot water. But it's the location which is the great advantage - close to the Metrorail, Metromover and bus services it's a good place from which to explore the attractions of the area without adding to the pollution. Guests receive a voucher for a free drink at the bar.

Breakfast is rather disappointing. Travelers from the UK can expect breakfasts similar to those available at Holiday Inn Express. Plenty of food and coffee, etc available - just not very appetising.

The rooms, fitness center, faciliities, service.

Disposables for breakfast: carton dishes, plastic knives, forks and spoons are not suitable for the star rating and price of this hotel. Definitely disposables for breakfast is for a 2/3 stars hotel and not for an hotel with the facilities and prices of the Hampton Hilton in Brickell.
