Location was perfect virtually in the centre of Sleaford. Amenities in the bedroom very good. Full English breakfast excellent. Couldn't fault the hotel.

The property was very clean and tidy, in a nice location. It was right next to a large publice pay and display car park, but because I have a disabled badge, I was able to park overnight free of charge, which was a nice bonus. The landlady was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, and clean, with a kettle, tea and coffee, milk and sugar.

There was a small step down into the bathroom, which wasn't enough to put me off, but it is worth mentioning as I walk with crutches. Also, I struggled to get in and out of the shower as I am quite large, and it was very narrow. I cannot stand in a shower due to my damaged knees, so I have to kneel down, which was quite difficult due to the size of the cubicle, but I managed to use it, and this would not put me off from returning, either.

Basic mattress- little sleep. Each time a partner moved, other bounced an equivalent. Did the job however. It’s a B&B, not a 5 star hotel, so no complaints.

Electric 'air freshner' in room gave a very strong smell to room that I found unpleasant and cloying until I found device and switched it off.

Breakfast was amazing beautifuly set table in Bay window I am gluten free they were able to provide a fabulous gluten free breakfast best Ive tasted!! We all enjoyed the breakfast too ..we were attending a wedding celebration and the owner let is stay in the lounge area providing coffee before we left for the registry Office which was situated across the Road! Beds were very comfy too
