The hotel is perfect to relax and enjoy the nature. The rooms don't have AC but they are perfectly fresh thanks to the opening windows. The location is good and the facilities of the hotel offer great relax and peace

Everything was great but if I need to say something, massages are good but can be improved.

AC was not available. We did not have any problem during our visit, but it must be known for warmer nights.

hotel has a beach almost only for itself. no begger no seller, noone disturbs you. It is a perfect stop to relax. Rooms are good if you are upstairs, with balcony and everything.

they have no A/C and upstairs rooms are literraly 35 degrees in the night. It was so tiring to sleep and we felt rested during the day

really clean, small and personal. lovely beach short walk to metemwe to have bite to eat, watch fishermen or to use other hotel for the day. staff really welcoming. laid back atmosphere - the true Zanzibar way :) Plenty of pool space for guests.

the smell in the room when we arrived, the location because there’s nothing around, private beach but see no person. the food was horrible, the swimming pool too small and not clean. the bicycle too old. we took one to go eat somewhere else and we only had problems… too expensive for the what it is. I think it could be a good hotel but it needs to be refresh. I do not recommend this hotel

No air conditioning : it gets very hot at night, there are no windows but air does not ventilate the room, sleeping is not easy Very difficult to swim in the ocean due to the number of sea urchins, even at high tide There were construction works on the beach right next to the hotel, so you hear hammer and have loaders come and go all day, with workers staring at you. I would have appreciate advance notice from the hotel or some commercial gesture to compensate the disturbance.

very quiet place, nice hotel design, spa (Diana is just incredible masseuse), food at the restaurant- the place is super nice, well designed and friendly. not crowded- cool place to those who’d like just chillax

far from tourist places - we were fine with that, but if you’d like to explore not only quite rest, but also bars/ shops, etc - it’s 40 min drive - so better mix this place + smth else

Breakfast options were great, lovely peaceful location and away from the crowds. Staff were really lovely, I prefer a smaller flat pillow which would have been nice, pools were great..... Reusable glass bottles in restaurant and rooms is a great initiative (see my comments below)

Rubbish on the beach, very sad to see this - too many bottles and plastic on beach and didnt seem like this was being picked up - I feel the resorts have a responsibility to educate people and to pick up rubbish on the beaches. It would be great to start campaigns around this as part of their corporate social responsibilty.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and we felt at home. It seems to be a calm oasis on this island. it is exactly what we needed for 2 days... (for a longer stay it would have been a bit too closed up for us - but that really depends on the goal of your trip). Most of all we loved the rooms and the very friendly staff in the restaurant. I can also highly recommend the manicure (with salt, oil, honey...). However, I would not recommend at all the shellac. It started breaking after less than two days. so, just stay with the manicure only :)

The bed was hard and made it difficult for me to sleep. (caught up on that during the day on the sunchairs which are super comfy and even have electrity plugs as well as are in reach of wifi even though you are at the beach)

The beach and the fact that you have no other option a part from staying at your hotel to eat or take a taxi to go somewhere which is far.

Amazing view from the room, friendly staff, plenty of sun beds, I enjoyed my stay. Nice breakfast. Oh yes soup was tasty.

Dinner options was limited, beds were not comfortable.
