We chose this hotel as it was our Wedding Anniversary and we wanted something special and it did not disappoint. The entrance off the main street is beautiful and the staff were amazing. Our room was perfect with a separate toilet to the shower/bath area. The day spa was amazing and a nice anniversary gift. The rooftop pool and bar were outstanding and you will not be disappointed with the view, staff or the great selection of drinks.
We were close to the main attractions however had no noise within the hotel and great value for money. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel.

Nous avons aussi adoré le spa et le petit déjeuner.
Il y avait énormément de monde à la piscine, ce qui ne nous a pas donné envie d’y aller car tous les transats étaient utilisés.
Nous avons été boire un cocktail sur le rooftop et ceux-ci ont mis 25min à être préparé. Nous avons néanmoins identifié que le personnel était en formation et comprenons tout à fait.

Service at the pool was a bit below expectations. Gym didn't open until 9am which was strange.

Amazing location in the old town and tucked away, quiet sanctuary away from the business of Hanoi . The interior was stunning . The staff were all so helpful and made our stay personal, a special mention to Stella and Lucy for helping us throughout our stay with restaurant and event booking

スタッフがホスピタリティに溢れていて、旅行前のメールもきちんと対応してくれたし、現地でもとてもにこやかに歓迎してくれた。チェックアウトの後も荷物を預かってくれて、街散策から帰った後に、シャワーとバスタオルを貸してくれて嬉しかった。
朝食も2泊したけど、メニューが少し違っていたし、味付けも良かった。フォーとオムレツの実演もあって良かった。

Strongly recommend the Peridot. The hotel is new, luxe and classy, and is spotlessly clean. You're right in the heart of the old town but the hotel is set right back from the road so there's no noise at all. The staff were wonderful and went above and beyond to help us arrange taxis, store luggage, etc. The rooftop bar is spectacular, with delicious cocktails.

Very nice boutique feel to the hotel. Has obviously been renovated and kept in a style that matches Old Hanoi. Staff was incredible as they went out of their way to great us, take care of us, and help us navigate to the best places in Hanoi. Room is not huge, but more than adequate. Breakfast buffet was amazing! Great location for walking to the Old Quarter and French Quarter. Loved our stay!

Great hotel in the heart of Hanoi, swimming pool was so needed in the heat, breakfast was lovely.
The pool area is a little tired and it would be good to have complimentary water available there!

除了地點好，房間漂亮之外。可以從細節處看到飯店的用心，包含冷氣極為安靜，完全沒有任何聲音。馬桶沖水後、洗澡時，完全沒有抽水馬達或是水聲。早餐很豐富，選擇多樣。頂樓有酒吧，氣氛不錯。水療池需要穿泳衣，也蠻小的，不太符合台灣人的使用習慣。

The hotel is well located. It has a generous pool (with limited seating area) and a very generous breakfast and lobby area. staff really try to help and the rooms and shared spaces are really clean, well maintained making it a really great escape from the hustle and chaos of Hanoi
We checked in and were given a room with window facing a concrete wall. We were told this was what we booked (it wasn't) and we we checked this at reception. After a little hustling we were given an upgrade - although it wasted a bit of our time and wasn't the best arrival - it was sorted by welcoming and helpful staff.
Look out for the windowless/concrete wall room
The only other issue is the limited seating space on the roof - by the pool.
