La localizzazione della struttura era perfetta rispetto all'obbiettivo principale della nostra vacanza ed è facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione della metropolitana

Trovare le chiavi al nostro arrivo di notte è stato difficile in quanto si trovavano in una scatola dalla parte opposta della strada quindi in una zona con nulla a che fare con l'appartamento. Tra l'altro la scatola era del tutto simile ad altre appese su una ringhiera e la foto che ci era stata fornita rappresentava una scatola di colore diverso. Pertanto una volta localizzate le scatole abbiamo dovuto provare la combinazione fornita su tutte prima di trovare quella giusta. Entrati nell'appartamento il riscaldamento era spento e mancavano lenzuola, coperte e materasso nel divano letto che doveva ospitare due persone che sarebbero arrivate il giorno successivo. L'Host è intervenuto il giorno dopo chiedendoci quando eravamo già in altra zona di Londra di riportare le chiavi nella scatola porta chiavi (!) Questo ci ha fatto perdere almeno due ore. In serata al rientro il riscaldamento funzionava e abbiamo trovato un materasso gonfiabile buttato per terra che doveva sostituire il divano letto. Peccato che durante la notte il materasso si sia completamente sgonfiato e una persona ha dovuto "dormire" su una sedia mentre l'altra si è arrangiata alla meglio sul divano particolarmente scomodo che presentava degli avvallamenti evidenti. Abbiamo nuovamente contattato l'Host chiedendo di intervenire senza ricevere un riscontro. La notte successiva, al nostro rientro abbiamo nuovamente trovato l'appartamento freddo in quanto era saltata l'energia elettrica a muro. All'interno dell'appartamento non erano presenti interruttori per fare ripartire l'energia elettrica. Oltre al riscaldamento, non funzionava l'acqua calda, cosa che ci ha costretto ad una doccia d'inverno con l'acqua ghiacciata. Il materasso gonfiabile non era stato sostituito ed era ancora sgonfio. Abbiamo tentato di rigonfiarlo ma chiaramente, mancando l'energia elettrica, il compressore non funzionava.

We stayed at this lovely apartment last week and everything was great. The living room is very spacious, sofa is comfortable the tv had plenty channels. The kitchen was clean with all the appliances to cook. Bed was comfortable with clean sheets and towels. The whole apartment was well decorated and clean which was very pleasant. We will definitely stay here another time. Thank you

Great apartment.

The location couldn’t be better in terms of transportation, restaurants, walking distance to many sights. Staff were friendly and helpful. The flat is very spacious with a lot of natural light. Everything was really clean including the bed linen and towels. We will definitely stay again.

Lovely place

Great view. Good location. Spacious apartment. Overall happy with it, but it's not stylish (who cares anyway?) and it is lacking in some basic things. Lock box was clamped to a public railing in the street, and was not orange as advised in the instructions info. I had to pay £150 deposit in advance, but I got it back 4 days after departing.

The kitchen is appallingly badly equipped. I've never stayed somewhere with so little stuff. Hardly any crockery, cutlery, or something to make coffee with, like a cafetiere. No welcome pack, and only a few teabags left by a predecessor. In the week before, I emailed a photo of me with my ID as requested, but the host did not then send the deposit payment link like they said they would. I had to chase them right up to the day of arrival, when they finally sent it, and then I had to chase them constantly for an acknowledgement of receipt of the £150 deposit, so they could give the acces code info etc. Decor is kitsch not stylish. Also, the place is pretty dirty, and some kitchen drawers are downright filthy. Why on earth this type of place needs a washing machine and dishwasher, but cannot even fix kitchen taps that are falling off, and bedroom lamps that are snapped in half, I do not know.

The house was very clean and had everything we needed, including bed linen, towels and a balcony where we could enjoy the end of the day after work. The host was very kind and so was his entire staff.

There was nothing, we liked everything.

Parking

Sofa bed was not clean and in bed condition Night time you have to close windows and door in setting room because of smoke from outside

Decent location. Looks ok as you walk in but the property soon unfolds itself

I’ll do a list to keep it as easy as possible for the reader. - twin bedroom had a damp smell and we soon discovered a mouldy area of the wall at the top which had been painted over to cover it up. The wall itself in that area was very soft under the paint. This room is probably a health and safety hazard. - curtains in master bedroom aren’t secured properly to the wall on one side. The whole thing is tilting to that side and actually looks like it’ll fall any moment. - living room curtain mounts are also not secured, one side also looks like it’ll fall at some point. - kitchen tap is very wobbly and a gentle touch makes it swing around - cutlery looked quite dirty especially the small spoons. I didn’t attempt to use. - oven looks grim, lots of stains and generally looks unappealing to use. - smoke detector in the kitchen missing and is just dangling cables at the moment. - Bedroom window handle also missing. - the metal, wall-mounted, golden trays in the master bedroom. One of them looks like it’ll fall soon. One of the screws are out of the wall and it’ll be swinging on the other one. - the coat rack and the other gadget (didn’t use it, could be a thermometer or a door telecom) mounted in the hallway both look like they’re not mounted well to the wall. The coat rack actually wiggles quite a bit so I wouldn’t trust putting a winter jacket on there. Everything just felt like it could break. Especially with the deposit in mind, once i saw the curtain I felt like I had to check anything that could lose our deposit. I wouldn’t recommend this place guys.

It was easy to get the keys. Location was ideal

I didnt like the beds, especially the single beds. They are old and sank when you lay on them. The bathroom rug was very wet when we arrived. The couch is old and sank in the middle . Place seems clean upon entering but then you realize its just for eye view. So you are asked to make a 150 pounds security deposit before getting the keys and they said its refundable up to 48 hours after you leave. I waited more than 48 hrs and didnt received my money and upon calling calling i finally received less than 150 pounds because they took out processing fees which is none of my business. Beware of these so called security deposits . I end up being the loser. Anything a man rob from me they rob from God!
