Secluded quiet private. Close to biking trails.

Kitchen very small (camper size) mini fridge(no ice) Entertainment center was a blast from the past! 1998! Never did get the tv working, internet worked occasionally. No washer or dryer There was plenty of room for a larger kitchen, and washer and dryer

No breakfast provided or expected

The kitchen facilities were crammed into a small counterspace area. It was not a traditional kitchen and that's OK, just a toaster oven, microwave and convection portable stovetop. The stovetop did not work for us the first day (learned that you must put the pan on the stovetop for it to heat up; blew the circuit breaker and got instructions from owner on resetting it but missed a final meal prep. Would recommend adding hardware to kitchen drawers and cabinets (cheap but needed upgrade).

This is a beautiful space, filled with art and comfy chairs. We appreciated having a separate living room and bedroom. We made great use of the kitchen. It was a short drive to the many attractions in and near Grand Junction that we wanted to visit.

The location was perfect. We saw deer, rabbits and birds in the lovely yard. The apartment was beautiful, clean, well maintained and equipped. Our hosts were friendly, kind and thoughtful. We hope this lovely rental is available when we visit there again.

There was absolutely nothing we found lacking!

Great location beautiful

Awesome stay at a very cool vacation home! The hosts (Susan & Campbell) are amazing people. They live onsite, but give you plenty of space and privacy. The home was extremely clean and full of such personality! All sorts of original artwork and artifacts are scattered throughout the house and property. Some of the art is even done by Susan (our hostess). This place was the perfect springboard for us while visiting the wineries/vineyards and Colorado National Monument. We will definitely be staying here when we return again next year!!!

The location is fantastic and the amenities are very nice. It's very quite at the end of a road with nice yard and trees. Beautifully decorated and comfy couches and bedding.

I like to sleep with it very dark and there weren't blackout curtains but they are going to be getting some so it will be perfect!
