Brenda is a great host. Location is convenient to airport, national park, restaurants.

Brenda and breakfast were highlights. Also, we felt very secure and private.

Shower in the room was old and rusty. Maybe time for update. Also, the landing at the top of the stairs, to exit/enter directly into the dining area from our room, was pretty dirty.

Breakfast was amazing. Clean comfortable and great location.

Room was spacious and clean and close to Colorado National Monument.

There are quite a few steps to rooms, which was fine for us, but good to know. We did like the outside entrance to each room.

super comfortable king size bed in large second story room was a treat. The overhead fan and air conditioner drowned out any traffic noise from the front. Huge bathtub with jets was a prelude to an excellent night’s rest. Brenda teh hostess cooked us a delicious and hearty breakfast (French toast and perfectly crisp bacon and fresh fruit) which set us up for a day of hiking. She also made very useful suggestions about how to visit the National Monument nearby. Would def return, and look forward to all the renovations currently underway.

The location was located in a perfect area close to restaurants, yet not to far from the airport where we flew in. The room was beautiful, tastefully decorated and the breakfast that Brenda provided was delicious. She was a perfect hostess and made us feel comfortable and welcome.

The breakfast was very nice, and we very much enjoyed talking to the owner. She was very personable and welcoming.

Breakfast was great, although I would like to see better options for people on a high protein diet or those that are diabetic. I really liked all the lighting you had in the room and several electric outlets for devices. The whirlpool bath was fabulous although a couple of support bars would have been helpful. The rooms were spacious and well designed! Bed was yummy!
