We had an issue with having access to the code for the lock, but the owner was super quick to get back with us. Once we got in the house it was hard to leave! It was a perfect size and location. Pups loved the back yard. Biggest regret was we only stayed for 3 days.

This property has a great location! So convenient to beach and boardwalk area. The hosts were fantastic, so quick to respond to my questions. Would highly recommend and would definitely book again in the future.

We loved staying here. The beach was a short walk across the little highway - 10 minute walk maybe. It was such a great place to stay and had everything we could have needed and more. The hosts messaged us with everything we needed and we had a great stay!

Bunny and Boo are amazing hosts! The bungalow was perfect for our large group, even when friends visited for dinner. We had easy access to the beach and sound. We took advantage of the beach cart, toys and towels. We couldn’t have asked for more. We will definitely be back.

Bunny & Boo was great hosts. Our party spent a lot more time in the house than we wanted due to stormy weather all week. It has everything provided for cooking and a large dining room table for a big group. Short walk to the beach. Only thing we can say negative was the listing said 3 bathrooms, and it only has 2. That extra bathroom would’ve came in handy when everyone was getting ready to go out to eat. I would definitely stay here again

We loved our stay here. We are Pensacola locals and thoroughly enjoyed our staycation here. The hosts were so nice and accommodating and the house was perfect. Plenty of space and conveniently located to everything we wanted to do.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bunny and Boo’s bungalow, and highly recommend the rental to anyone looking for a family friendly and/or pet friendly place to stay. The house was incredibly clean and fully stocked with anything we needed (including infant items, toiletries, kitchen items, coffee pods, and even popsicles for the kids!). The beds were comfortable, and the outside shower perfect for washing off sand after a day at the beach. We were even provided chairs, umbrellas and a heavy duty wagon to carry everything to the beach, just a short 5 minute walk away. There were board games for all types of ages, books, volleyballs, small toddler toys, an arcade machine, and a large television with a sound bar - perfect for relaxing after long, hot days at the beach. The front and back porches also provided a wonderful area to sit and enjoy coffee in the morning or a cookout at night. Bunny and Boo were very accommodating, generous and kind, letting us know they were available if we needed anything. If we could give more than 5 stars, we absolutely would. This is on our list to return for future vacations.

It was so beautiful waking up every morning to sit on the balcony and watch the sunrise and sunset. I live here in Pensacola so it was a nice mini vacation for sure! Will probably book again here if I stay on the beach again!

Had a great time with my group of 10 friends. If you are so inclined, everything is within walking distance, from the beach to a restaurant to grab a bite. Plus, the host was extremely accommodating. Overall, we might book this place for our reunion again.

My husband and I along with our friends their kids and grandma other stayed (8 people total) for 3 nights and this could not have been a better stay. The hosts were responsive and provided info on local attractions. They also had everything we needed for the beach and everything needed to feel comfortable on our rainy day inside. Games inside and out. The house was clean and homey. It was a great location, close to the beach, restaurants and stores. Highly recommend staying here!!

This was a great vacation, though all our kids couldn’t come, we’ll definitely try and book this place again. The house was very clean with many amenities of home!! Bunny and Boo are gracious hosts and provided just about everything we needed for the stay. Hats off to these wonderful people for allowing us into their home for the week!!! They answered questions promptly before and during our trip. They provided everything we could have needed. The house was just the right size for our family of 6 adults and teens, and two little dogs. The beach was an easy walk, and Bunny & Boo provide you with beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and a beach cart to carry it all. They even replaced the beach cart with a new one while we were there. The house is adorable and up to date, with plenty of places for family members to gather indoors and out. The beds were super comfortable. And we LOVED the cool factor and convenience of the outdoor shower in the backyard. So glad we stayed there - it was the first time we’ve tried a beach house rather than a hotel. Short drive to points along Pensacola.

Bunny & Boo were great hosts!! Their bungalow was more than we were expecting, it was a home away from home. It had everything you needed. The girls thought the outdoor shower was unique and they all wanted to use it (at least one time 🙂). Bunny & Boo gave us ideas of things to do and were very accommodating!! We will definitely recommend their bungalow to our family & friends!!!

This lovely, well stocked, immaculate home was the perfect choice for our group! Great location in a pretty, laid back neighborhood near the beach. All the games and outdoor areas of the house really added to our fun! Bunny and Boo couldn’t have been kinder or more accommodating!

High quality home. Upgrades galore. Very modern. Clean, Tasteful. Incredibly well-stocked kitchen. Lots of fun to be found with games everywhere, both inside and out. Two large decks for sun worship and massive fenced yard. Would stay here again, for sure! Hosts oustanding, gushing with Gulf Shore enthusiam and hospitality.

We came in for Thanksgiving to spend with my son who is a Marine stationed at NAS. The property worked great bc we could spread our but there was a big enough table to have us all sit down. The house is VERY well stocked. Bunny and Boo were great to work with. Neighborhood is beautiful and very close to the water. Thanks for the memories :)

We had the best week at Bunny and Boo’s. We are on PB every summer and have rented many houses, but theirs is at the top of our list. The location is perfect, the house is super clean with quality linens and furniture. We didn’t need for anything while we were there. The owners are so nice and excellent communicators. We will be back.

This home is located in between the gulf and the bay so it’s a 2 min walk to the bay and a 5 minute walk to the gulf. We really enjoyed all the games that were there for us to use. I have stayed at many vrbo properties in the past and I think this home had the best stocked kitchen. It had good pots and pans and also many little items you might forget to bring ie….. salt , pepper, cooking spray, tin foil. We felt like we were at home and yet we were only minutes from the water. I highly recommend this home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bunny & Boo’s lovely bungalow beach home with comfortable beds. The home had more than what we needed for our stay. The arcade and games provided kept us entertained when we were not at the beach; the beach is so close and beautiful. We would only recommend the upholstery be cleaned in the gathering room and trim landscaping. Would definitely stay here again!

Property is exactly as shown. Very clean and awesome hosts! The kitchen is well stocked and has many staples for cooking. The extras that Bunny and Boo provide such as games, books, beach stuff and bikes made the trip even more fun. Looking forward to staying with them again.

We has the pleasure of staying at Bunny and boos for almost 6 weeks aa we transitioned from FL to MA. We could Not have asked for better hosts! The house was so clean, had all we could need and was super close to the Gulf and the sound. We have 3 kids and this house was amazing for all of us. Bunny and Boo were available anytime we had a question and were eager to help. We will stay here again on our return visit to PB.

Fabulous stay, place is exactly as advertised, super clean with great games, well stocked kitchen and plenty of space. Hosts were super cool to communicate with and incredibly responsive. This is a great find.
