Beautiful property room was spacious and had everything we needed. Would stay here again!

We stay at 1 Hotel a few times a year and this is first VRBO experience there. We really enjoyed having all of the amenities of 1 Hotel available to us with our own kitchen appliances in the room. Very clean the property owner was very kind and quick to respond. We will definitely be returning.

The unit is awesome, we stay there 4 nights, part of an amazing hotel! The condo is pretty well equiped, we bought some stuff for breakfast and appetizers and all that we need was there. Would recommend anytime and would certainly come back if we go back to South Beach in the future. Thanks for all!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The hotel grounds are amazing and the room was beautiful. We enjoyed having full access to all of the amenities the 1 Hotel had to offer. The location was also really great too. My only complaints are that the furniture both inside and outside could definitely use a cleaning (ie, couch has many stains, outdoor cushions were very dirty and could easily have been power washed clean). In addition, I was disappointed to have requested an early check in, was told it couldn't be guaranteed (no problem) and that we'd be notified as soon as we could get into our room. However, we never heard from anyone regarding check in. We had to go to the front desk to be told our room was ready at 3pm)

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel 1. The condo was great with all the amenities that we needed as a family with small children. The views especially from the bedroom were magnificent.

The place is better than what is in the photos. Very beautiful will return.

Great experience renting at the Residences. As a family of 4 with two young kids (3 and 1), the property was the perfect balance of family friendly and lively. Easy to keep the kids busy and safe and lots do to at nighttime. The unit was generally as advertised. One big issue we had was that the unit did not have a living room rug as it did in the pictures which was one of the main reasons we selected this unit over others. With a 1 yr old just starting to crawl, we didn’t have any easy we to protect his knees (it was all tile) and they never gave us a head up or otherwise. it also made the unit feel much more sterile with noise echoing. We would have appreciated a notice ahead of time. Other than that, a positive experience for the family and would certainly come back to 1 hotel residences
