This apartment was excellent and the property manager Janna was a pleasure to deal with. The apartment was very clean and well maintained and provided everything you would need for your stay. The property is located on a quiet street in a very nice neighborhood, situated just minutes from Red Rocks Amphitheatre and just an hour from the mountains. 10/10 would recommend and stay here in the future.

This was the perfect location for us (just 5 min from our son), was well priced, comfortable and had a well stocked kitchen.

My husband and I stayed in the area to visit my grandmother. It was comfortable, the full kitchen was wonderful, and the hosts were responsive. We will stay here again!

Check in was easy and went smoothly. The neighborhood is lovely and I took morning walks to Starbucks. The unit itself is cozy, bed comfy, and good shower pressure. Lots of shopping and dining options just 5 min drive away.

The property was as described with plenty of room. Having a full kitchen was great. Property was well stocked and 3 blocks from our new twin grands, so we greatly enjoyed our time there!

We enjoyed our stay at the Meadowlark guest house :) the place was spotless and we had everything we needed. The beds and pillows were comfortable, shower had good water pressure, and kitchen is decently stocked. I worked remotely one day and had no issues with the wifi. The check in and check out process was smooth and host responded quickly to all our messages. All in all a great stay!

This place was an excellent place for me and my family to stay while visiting Denver. Better than renting 2 hotel rooms for sure!! My 12 year old daughter was sketched out about 'staying in a random strangers basement.' She and I were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness, easiness and comfyness of this property.. This was our first VRBO rental and it certainly wont be our last.

Loved the place and it was very close to our daughter, 8 minutes to be exact. It made it very easy to make plans. It snowed while we were there and it was easy to get in and out. The driveway was shoveled by JP, but it is level and easy to drive through. We were given 4 pods for the Keurig and at the time there was powder creamer to get us through the next day. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. The only drawback, if there was one, is the front door leading into the master bedroom. Not a problem for us, but our son would stay with his sister if he planned on getting in later than expected. Just something to think about if traveling with friends. All in all, it was a great experience and convenient.

Perfect for my visit. Kitchen was well stocked. JP was quick to respond to questions. All furniture was clean, in good shape and comfortable. I plan to stay there again in the future.

This was a great place to stay and we loved meeting the kitties in the yard.

The place was very clean and nice. Everything was as advertised on VRBO and no surprises. The hosts in the upper level were quiet and did not have any issues with noise levels. I highly recommend this place for a small family. The only downside was not being able to look out to enjoy the greenery or anything else because this was a basement apartment with very small windows located up high.

We absolutley loved staying at the basement apartment! Such a cozy space for our family for the weekend. We loved having games to play to keep our "game night" tradition going even on vacation. Jannna thought of everything to ensure our stay went well. The pictures don't do this place justice! We will for sure be back!

My family and I stayed for a destination wedding and we were in a perfect location to be able to visit not only the Rockies but Denver and the surrounding areas. This was a cozy and great place to stay.

Very very nice basement apartment with natural light. Parking in driveway is a plus, near any store or restaurant you desire. Good communication with manager. Beds + pillows are comfortable. The living room couch and fireplace was perfect for morning coffee. Roomy bathroom , great water pressure, stayed hot through consecutive showers.

Very comfortable and convenient for visitors to Lakewood and Golden.

Odd that bedroom has entry door but not a deal breaker. The kitchen was well equipped. Only tv is in the living room. No Netflix my mistake.

There is an upstairs neighbor who you can hear easily and regularly through the ceiling so if hearing neighbors' noise doesn't bother you, it isn't a huge issue. The location was perfect; super quick into Golden, Red Rocks, and Denver, and any surrounding areas!We can't thank Janna enough for accommodating us. Sweet downstairs apartment, ceilings were surprisingly tall. Very quiet and cozy.
