Staff was very very courteous, helpful and supportive specially front office manager Mr vivek pandey, bar manager Mr Ghosh, chef gaurav and serving giy dhruv. All have been instrumental in making my stay comfortable and happy

Sewing polo system, and i i have payment baby bed ( automatic at the booking time) but not provide. So we loss for two days payment

Location was good, breakfast was good, although service was tardy at breakfast, once over, dishes took a long time to come.

There is ZERO internet facilities. Wifi status is always 'connected without internet'! They gave us one dongle for 2 rooms when we complained, but even that had very weak internet. Basically we had to use our mobile data all through our stay. Also, the television subscription kept running out - twice times in one evening! We had to keep asking the reception to pay the subscription. In one room, we had no TV for an entire day, since they didn't pay the subscription. In one room, the air conditioner didn't work for an entire night! There is no security at the hotel, anyone can go up in the lift to any room. Baggage scanning was done only when some VIP came to stay, the scanner was removed once the VIP guest left!

It's the only five star hotel in Agartala and i love the architecture. Food is delicious.

The swimming pool could do with some aesthetics like potted plants etc.
