Very clean love the outdoor

No sheets for pull out bed had to go to desk and still way to big

Easy check in and very clean.

No breakfast and the King bed was hard as a rock.

The room layout was perfect for us. We were traveling with lots of luggage due to relocating, and two small dogs. The counters were tall and allowed us to store all the suitcases out of the way so we had all the floor space for ourselves. Loved it. Only thing we would have liked to have would have been an in room safe. Otherwise perfect.

Bookings.com they did not reserve my room!!! That I paid for!!! And I will NEVER use you again!!!

There was a computer issue when we checked in. This issue was handled nicely when the staff suggested we go to the bar for a drink on the house. However, the door to our room would not properly lock unless slammed shut. We were put in a handicapped room as that was the only available room. Thank goodness for the bars in the tub shower as the floor was so slippery we almost fell. When we asked for a rubber mat we were told to put a towel in the tub. Then there was the blanket on the bed. Apparently Hilton can't afford real blankets as our blanket was a mattress pad. (Sorry about the extra photos there was no way to delete them once marked see only the last one)

Trash in Trash can when entered room. Hair in shower. Bathroom door would not stay shut.
