We recently had the pleasure of staying at Boca Catalina Residences. From start to finish, everything was perfect, from the amazing host to the fabulous accommodation and the charming neighborhood cat that added an extra touch of delight to our stay. Ruben (our host) was exceptional and went above and beyond. Their responsiveness and attentiveness to our needs were truly commendable. Their genuine kindness and dedication to ensuring our stay was perfect truly set them apart. The accommodations were absolutely fabulous. The comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchen ensured that all our needs were met. Location-wise, it couldn't have been better. The proximity to the beach was simply unbeatable. Within a short stroll, we found ourselves immersed in the stunning natural beauty that Boca Catalina beach had to offer. All in all, our stay in Boca Catalina exceeded our expectations in every way possible. Our hats off to the exceptional host, the fabulous accommodation, the perfect beachside location. Everything about this stay was beautiful for my family and I. It was also a great location walking distance from the beach. Very clean and would recommend this stay to a friend!

It was a great property for us (6 adults &2 young children). Location is absolutely great. Away from the crowds and just a short walk to the beach. We each had a a great BR with en-suite bath, nice kitchen with eat in dining and family room. There also was a small pool; great size for the kiddies. Everyone loved & are planning to go again in 2024. Beautiful island, friendly people, great weather. I would recommend this property. Karen S. 5/24/23.

The rooms were perfect with each having there own bathroom. The living room and kitchen area was spacious. The pool was the perfect size for a small group. Just a short walk to the beautiful Boca Catalina Beach.

This home is exactly as pictured. It's perfect place to say with couples as every bedroom has its own ensuite. Easy access to the beach and room to park two cars, not to mention good, strong wifi. Ruben was available to answer any questions, not that we had many because everything in the place was so easy to use. We wish we could have stayed longer and we're already planning when we might be able to come back!

Ruben was so extremely easy to communicate with and so attentive to our family. We've stayed at many rentals but never had such a phenomenal host. The property was absolutely gorgeous and very modern. We loved the open main floor with lots of space for my Grandchildren to play while we prepared meals and hung out by the pool. The home was VERY clean and the location to many different beaches and restaurants were truly a pleasant surprise. We rented a car for our week there so short daily trips took us to many excursions that we wouldn't have experienced had we not been in that central location. My husband and I have been coming to Aruba for 20 years and this was the first visit where we got to climb to the top of the lighthouse. Love Love Loved this location. Beautiful property, beaches just a stone throw away, Ruben the host was attentive and easily accessible via Whats App. Alicia, the Activities Specialist with Vacation Aruba, worked with us to plan activities on the island and finally the team from Amanpouri Spa pampered us with massages pool side at our vacation rental.

This property is wonderful. My family and I stayed for 10 days. Modern features everywhere. No lack of class. Boca Catalina Beach is 100 yards away. Very peaceful and private residence. I look forward to visiting again in 2023. Cheers to the owner!

Lovely place...spacious...perfect for a group of individuals or couples...you have space to yourself and yet you can be together...that's what I loved the most...the open kitchen (where we know everyone hangs out the most) is huge and opens to living room and the sliding doors open to the pool...that is heaven to me...and we only needed Rueben once..and he responded within minutes of sending the message...the location was great to me..it was tucked in an area that was quiet yet close enough to get to places and the beasch was an easy walk..and def driving there...the little outdoor restuant/bar "The Hut" is perfect for a quick delish bite and beverage..fun people there....I would stay here again

We usually stay close to eagle beach but decided to do something different. Although we didn't love Boca Catalina Beach which is very walkable from the townhome, we did find Arashi beach which was a short drive and loved it! Less crowded and the waters were calm. We loved the plung pool for a nice dip when you got back from the beach or just wanted to relax in the late afternoon before dinner. Loved the nice surprises in this townhome from Aruba Aloe shampoo and conditioner in each shower to beach towels for everyone. Beach chairs and a small cooler as well. We really had everything we needed and as our 5th time on the island everyone said it was their favorite place.

The house has everything you could need. It is just like the photos! You will not be disappointed. The area is nice and quiet a beach in walking distance. We took a cab when we wanted to go out. We grocery shop and enjoyed our luxurious home. And the host Rueben was on point. No worries at all.

Ruben was an amazing host. The location of the property was wonderful. The townhouse was beautiful and we had all had plenty of space. It was a short walk to the beach and we even walked tot he light house that has an amazing view. There was plenty of chairs for all of us to use at the beach. If we ever go back to I would stay at this location again

Hands down the best place I have stayed for vacation! Yes all inclusive is great, but this house literally has everything you need ! Perfect location to beaches ! Walking distance to Boca Catalina beach, quick 3 minute drive to Arashi Beach! Rent a car or tour for Eagle Beach and Baby Beach worth it !! We had 3 couples and 2 children. Each couple had their own bathroom and we never felt congested and there is plenty of space !! The pool may look small, but so perfect !! Rueben answers any questions within minutes, but very few questions needed because this house has everything you need !!! Book it and have a fantastic time in Aruba !!! We stayed for 7 days and are still talking about how amazing this place was ! Thank you Rueben!!!

The property is in a very nice and quiet area, it's what we wanted to destress, relax and have fun. I highly recommend Ocean OZ, restaurant, right a few feat away from our beautiful townhouse. To Rubin and Arturo, thanks for everything, showing us how beautiful the island is. And I can't forget how delicious the water is. Wow, all you need is water, sun and the best friends ever.

We had an amazing vacation at Boca Catalina. Ruben was so helpful and answered all of my questions very quick. Great location, very clean and spacious. We all can’t wait to come back.

Four of us stayed at this townhouse. We had so much room to spread out! The number of outdoor places to sit was amazing—the north balcony, the south balcony, the rooftop, the pool. The location was perfect. A short walk to Boca Catalina was the closest beach. Arashi Beach captured our hearts. It was walkable but we drove the chairs to the beach. Thank you for having beach chairs. This clean, modern property did not disappoint.

Boca Catalina Residences are beautiful townhomes. Very clean and spacious! A short one block walk to the beach and beautiful Aruban sunsets. A few more blocks to another beach and beachfront bar and grill. Location is close enough to the Palm Beach hotels and shops, but far enough away to be more secluded. Ruben the property manager was very quick to respond to questions. We ❤ Aruba!

My family and had an amazing time in Aruba, however what made it amazing was our stay at Boca Catalina Residence. The property was absolutely beautiful, well kept, and was located near everything. We cooked a lot of our meals so I need help on how to work some of the appliances and I reached out to our property manager who responded right away. Anything we needed we heard back right away. We are looking forward to our next trip to Aruba and this property is at the top of our list.

His townhome's are in the perfect location and very well equipped with all that you need on vacation. While still giving us 5 adults and 2 children privacy. We will surely be back!! This property was perfect for our dive/snorkeling vacation. Plenty of room for everyone and the beds were especially comfortable. Loved the outdoor area surrounding the pool with comfortable lounging furniture. Short walk to Boca Catalina for snorkeling and relaxing on the beach. Full kitchen, but limited on pots and pans provided. Easy check in and check out. Definitely hope to return in the near future.

The house was perfect!!!! Clean and close to the best beaches. Ruben was amazing! Very fast in replying and always ahead of me when I had a question. It was as if he read my mind. Will return for sure. Thank you for an amazing stay.
